Geez, so many negative remarks! I've lived in Darien for 39 years and have been a customer since it opened (the building used to house a grocery store). I have never had a problem with any of the staff, pharmacy included. I appreciate their help.

Love this CVS never had a problem been going there for the last 17 years.

Timothy is such a nice employee! He helped me successfully get my print order. When it was nowhere to be found, he reprinted for me. What a nice man, and a great experience!

Dennis (one of the pharmacists) was incredibly helpful and kind. He made a very stressful situation with prescriptions and refills immensely easier and with less stress. Thank you Dennis!

Love/hate relationship with this CVS. Pharmacy leave A LOT to be desired -- there is one woman who is downright RUDE (Indian woman from India), while there are many that are so friendly and helpful. Nonetheless, it is very SLOW. The store itself is very nicely stocked and the people there are extremely helpful. As I say, love-hate.

I stopped by around 7:30 last night to pick up a prescription for my father and the girl behind the counter doing the register was clearly in a sour mood.I gave her my slip and she told me it would be about 15 minutes. In the meantime I saw something my father was asking about, a Blood pressure monitor. I am thinking 20-25 dollars for one because there are all different kinds.The least expensive one I got was a wrist monitor Series 400W CVS brand for $60.00. Well I get home follow the instructions to set it up and followed the instructions on how to test, something is clearly not right with this. Both mine and my fathers pressure kept saying over 160. So I am returning this today hopefully they do not give me grief. I am probably better off getting one from Amazon. But my prescription was ready in 15 minutes!!!

Service is fine, products are good, and the selection of beauty products is unexpectedly great.

The pharmacy has nice people but they are obscenely understaffed. It took 3 attempts of 4.5 hours on hold to see if they could transfer an out-of-state prescription, and after the last 1.5 hours, I called the main store from a different phone and the first call, the man who answered wouldn't listen and just threw me into the pharmacy queue. I got him to listen the second call -as I was waiting on a different phone for an hour and a half, and he informed me that the pharmacy had closed. I had to go without crucial medicine because they seemingly won't pay enough. I was not happy!

I would just like to caution anyone using this location (Darien, CT). There are two entrances, one for the pharmacy which faces the Post Rd, and the other which is in the back in the corner of a parking lot. If you are in a hurry late at night (after 7PM) you will have to park in the back and use that entrance (until 10PM). Do not go by the hours mentioned on the Maps app or even their web site for they are not accurate.
