Hallam Animal Hospital

This Vet does awesome work. I am so happy my friend referred me to him. My little chihuahua recently need a dental cleaning and he did such a wonderful job. His hours are so convenient. I had seen him a couple of times before as a supplementary vet, and he has now become who my dogs see regularly :) very happy with his work.

Have been going here for years and Dr. Amin has always been very compassionate, understanding and caring towards me and my pets. He has called me during off hours to check up on my sick pets-that speaks volumes about his wonderful character. He is very straight forward and considerate, which I appreciate. He is kind and tender to my pets during exams and office visits. I am so glad to have found him, he really is a great vet.

Dr Amin is absolutely amazing. He is not our regular vet but we had an emergency. It was a Saturday evening, our vet was closed and we found him on Google. He was already out of the office but returned just to take care of our dog. That is outstanding service!!! Our dog ripped one of her front claws up and the nerve was exposed. It was extremely painful for her and he was very compassionate and gentle with her. I can’t thank Dr Amin enough for helping fix our pup’s paw. I would recommend him to anyone.

He went out of his way to help my cat Kong. He was generous with his time and very caring. His prices are not outrageous. I recommend highly.

Dr. Amin has taken care of 4 of my dogs for almost 8 years now. He is kind, compassionate, very thorough, and explains all options in a way that is very easy to understand. He is very dedicated and has always been there for us when we need him. We were so fortunate to find him when one of my dogs developed a chronic illness. At that time, he was able to diagnose and treat her much faster than the ER vet. Since then, we have been with him and he has always been great! There will never be a better vet than he!

We’ve been taking our dogs here for years, so this review is way overdue Dr. Amin is stellar! He is compassionate, flexible, and charges super reasonable fees. He has evening and weekend hours which really help us out! When you call, you’ll most likely have to leave a message, but Dr. Amin always calls back promptly, even outside of business hours. This practice is definitely a diamond in the rough.

Very happy with my experience at Hallam Animal Hospital. Dr. Amin provides very compassionate care for my dog, at reasonable prices. He has convenient evening hours. Also, Dr. Amin has been very good at getting us in for appointments promptly. When I first got my dog, other vets first openings were weeks out, Dr. Amin was able to get us in the same week. When my dog was ill, Dr. Amin stayed late one evening to see him.

Dr. Amin is wonderful. Our GSP was not feeling well and when our regular vet couldn’t get her in for weeks, Dr. Amin said bring her in right away on a Friday evening before a long holiday weekend, as he will not turn away a sick animal. He is knowledgeable and his prices are fair. He explains his thought process and what to expect when it comes to your animals treatment plan. Also, he is a one man show with no support staff. Someone who truly cares for animals, regardless of if your pet is his patient or not!

We take all four of our monsters to him. He has given them all exceptional care from 8lb to 100lb. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Amin is an amazing veterinarian! He is very efficient and thorough, and he goes above and beyond to follow up on the animals that he works with. He is very patient when answering all of my questions as well.

He is very kind to both animals and people. His prices are reasonable and he has truly surpassed my expectations while taking care of our cats. Highly recommend!

Dr Amin is just so kind! You can tell he really really cares about your pets. He’s also affordable my pup got surgery there and it was half if not a third of the price at my past vet. I would take my dogs there even if his prices were higher. Another thing is that he is honest and won’t tell you something needs to done unless it really needs to be done. I have worked in the veterinary world previously, and he is a very rare doctor!

Wonderful experience from first phone call to the last step out of the door. Dr. Amin was kind and gentile. He made my dog and I feel at home. I have just moved to the area and im so happy to have easily found our new vet. Thank you Doc!!!

We had an emergency with our dog Cocoa and couldn’t find any help because it was past 6pm, but thankfully I was able to find him through google maps and we have no complaints only praises to Dr. Amin. He was very thorough and patient with Cocoa and after 12hr she’s energetic and feeling better. He not only took care of our puppy’s health but he was 1/2 the price of anywhere else. Also, he called us the next day to follow up on Cocoa and gave us more instructions on her care. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Dr. Amin gave my wife's cat the utmost attention and compassion for cinder, he expressed concern over the phone and we had an appointment the next day, I highly recommend Dr. Amin to anyone who needs an veterinarian.

Dr. Sam is exceptional! We cannot thank him enough for the care and concern he gives for our pets! He quickly returned my call and got us in for a visit for our sick kitten the same day and worked around our work schedules.

The doctor is very helpful and saved my cat. My dad and I had to take my cat for an emergency vet appointment and the doctor did a great job. My cat is getting stronger throughout the weeks with the amazing prescriptions the doctor has given. He is also inexpensive!

Dr. Amin is truly the best vet in the area. His prices are very reasonable. His hours are great for people who work during the day. He has saved the life of my one cat, doing emergency surgery. HIGHLY recommended!

He has been amazing. We've had 2 serious emergencies. He got us in right away. Got us what we needed to help our pets. So glad this hospital exists.

Dr. Amin is truly a caring veterinarian. He called to check on my dog couple days after our visit. Never had ever any vet calls not even my own family doctor. His cost is very reasonable and he will work with you until your pets are well.
No other Veterinary Center is better than Hallam Animal Hospital. Dr. Amin is simply the best Vet in York.
