MISSION BBQ

First time going here, was not expecting all the military memorabilia. They love supporting their veterans here, almost as much as their love of BBQ. The brisket and pork meat sampler were great and the fries were perfect. Best part though was the peach cobbler!! Highly recommend the cobbler. Staff was super nice too

Incredible attention, especially Nancy and Emily, as we repeated the visit two consecutive days they invited us to a dessert. The meat I have not tasted better, highly recommended. Congratulations for the management, for having attentive, motivated and fast workers, and a wonderful quality food.

Love the staff here, and the service. I started eating here after I moved to York, it’s quickly became one of my regular spot. Their kitchen is open, extremely clean, the staff is very friendly. For example today I went in, and want try their sweet mashed potatoes but was hesitant. However the girl at the front counter gave me a sample, which delicious. You can’t go wrong with their meat samples which I love cause I can’t ever make up my mind, so I get try alitt of each. There turkey and salmon is top notch. Honestly their salmon could be served at a 5 star restaurant.

This place is awesome! It's geared for helping the first responders and our nations military! The food is amazing! Sauces are sooooo good! Everything is fresh and made in such a fast but neat manor! I highly recommend stopping in for some good BBQ and other goodies!!

Great place for BBQ. We go there regularly. I get the pork and/or sausage and sometimes the lean brisket. I wish they'd put the Juicy Lucy burger on the regular menu like another MB nearby has done. My wife always gets the salmon for dietary reasons and it's always very good. Only complaint is the drinks are too expensive.

We usually order take out. From ordering to picking up our food, it is usually 5 to 10 min, depending on how busy they are. Food is always cooked perfectly and tastes amazing. I like that they have seasonal sides so you have some different options to choose from throughout the year. Staff is incredibly friendly. Even the people not working on your order will smile or say hi. I love their fresh cut french fries! Their lemonade and iced tea is perfectly made too. My order is always correct and as is custom, they show me my food before bagging it up to make sure it is right. It's always been right though.

I don't know where to start with Mission.
Only one minor negative feedback. The cashiers are quite lack luster whilst the rest of the staff ( even the cooks) are all extremely pleasant.
The food is out of this world.
OHHHHH, you must ask for the Alabama sauce. It pairs so well with Turkey, actually it tastes well on all the meat. All their sizes are wonderful and the cornbread is so divine!
I get the three meat comb and make meals from that for a week!
Worth every penny!

We get mission barbecue weekly and they will be catering our wedding this fall. The brisket is fabulous. You don't even need barbecue sauce everything is so moist and well seasoned. The staff is so kind. I accidentally left my purse once with cash inside and the staff claimed it and returned it to me unharmed. My fiance and I travel south often and have had the highest rating barbecues but nothing compares to mission.

Great BarBQ eatery along Rte 30 in York, PA. Hard to decide what to order whether it's lunch or dinner. Platters, sandwiches, sides, deserts, etc. Got the Deluxe Trio sandwich with Mac n cheese side and a drink. Everything is and looks great tasting here. Pulled pork, chicken and brisket. Multiple sides and deserts. Cool atmosphere and staff!!

Emily was an amazing server. Very pleasent and made sure that our fiest visit will not be our last. Over all everyone was great but Emily went above and beyond. We are not local and were hesitant to eat here but I MUST SAY WE WILL BE BACK.....

We felt very welcomed! All the workers were very friendly! The food was delicious! The best part was when the worker showed each of our meals to make sure we had everything! We got our order to go! Next time, we want to inside the restaurant! Great place!!

We love this place. This was the place I took my girlfriend on our first sate and we go for our anniversary and valentine's day regularly. I love the different sauces. DO ITTTTT!!!!!

I was intimidated by the military and army stuff at first but once the food have arrived it was all good. What an awesome bbq spot that has figured it all out when it comes to meats, sauces, and all the sides. The service is great woth wonderful people who love their customers and the food they are serving. Each meal is a feast and as a bonus the staff threw in a peach cobbler when they learned our girl was turning six years old. Once again this is a quality place that has all the right ideas.

This is a must visit restaurant when I visit York, PA and it should be yours also. The portions are generous and food is always flavorful whether it’s BBQ or one of the yummy sides. Maggie’s Mac-n-cheese is definitely my favorite. Tables and chairs were thoroughly sanitized in-between each customer by an assigned staff member. Mission BBQ is strong a supporter of military, law enforcement, firefighters and EMS.

Omgosh the food is so good, especially the brisket. One of the managers came over to our table to check how things were, and began talking to my husband about his military experience. Next thing we know she has come back with a free banana pudding as a thank you for his service. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat at!!

Been to this location twice now. Both times we had good food and excellent service. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely will come back.

Was a bit intimidated by the menu at first as there is no table service, you order at the counter but there was a very friendly and helpful associate there to explain it all. Went for the sampling options, pulled pork and pulled chicken were cooked to perfection and the sauce options are amazing. Restaurant was very clean and tidy, highly recommended.

10 stars wouldn't be enough for the staff !!! Fantastic & really special people who truly appreciate & honor veterans & really care !!! It was very touching to see how the WWII veteran was honoured & welcomed by everyone! The restaurant is simply great! Thank you for the amazing experience!!!
