Store was clean, fully stocked and organized. The employees were friendly and helpful. I purchased a generator, which isn't light. They carried it out and placed right in the trunk of my car. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Is a place to buy inexpensive tools, there's some decent stuff for the weekend Mechanic's out there, these aren't meant for the professional in a commercial use situation but they are great for jobs around the house. I usually visit the Orange and Bridgeport location's and every time I go there I never leave empty handed

We know all about their products. Their products are not for the professional handyman/contractor. Their tools are for the weekend warrior do it yourselfer. The tools will not stand up to the every day use associated with professionals. My review is about their bathroom. They have the cleanest bathrooms of all the stores I know. I hope they keep them that clean always.

They had the Predator 3500 Generator on sale so I decided it was time. I live in Danbury, Ct and my local store was out of stock so I had to travel about an hour away to the Bridgeport, Ct. store to get one that was in stock. The staff there was very helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. I called before I went and the gentleman assured me they had plenty. When I arrived they actually already had one at the front of the store waiting for me. I even noticed that the Manager was actually in the front of the store overseeing and answering anyone's questions that people including myself had. I have to say in todays world that was such a pleasant experience. I should have got thier names but today is 6/25/20 and I was there at aprox so I hope they know who they are. And I hope that corporate brings this review to thier attention!!!
