We have been patients of Dr. Jack forever. Always prompt and gentle but does amazing work. Always has availability for emergencies as well! Super friendly and even my kids love going to see him.

Dr. Jack is an excellent dentist and great person. As my periodontist said, Dr. Jack is an artist. I trust him with my teeth and my childrens' teeth. As a medical doctor, I'm careful with who I choose as my family's dentist.

Not recommended!!! Deserves less than one star. The office staff is VERY rude. They all stare at you when you walk up to the counter to pay or schedule your next appt., but won't say anything so you have to ask them which person will help you. The young woman who takes care of insurance is the worst. She does not smile and has no personality. It took almost a year to get my surgery scheduled because she held my insurance paperwork in a file and hadn't looked at it in months until I reminded her.

Walked in with cavities. Left in pain and my tooth is now extremely overly sensitive. Over a month later and I still cant eat anything hot or cold on the one side of my mouth. Not to mention the receptionist was rude. Also they tell you what your payment will be and then send you and additional bill.. when questioned I was told "well it was just an estimate"... uhhh say that from the start then!

Absolutely never go here! We were told multiple times by office staff they accept our insurance where routine check ups are paid. After being seen for check ups, we were billed and told they do not accept our insurance. We spoke to staff again explaining that they are the ones that told us they accept our insurance. Zero help. Will never go back and strongly suggest no one else go back either!!!!!!!!

I have had a horrible experience coming here. all of the receptionists have treated me like they are to busy to help me. One time they wanted me to verify my social security number that I had faxed to them. When I refused to, the receptionist announced what they had received loud enough for the whole lobby to hear. STAY AWAY
