Love this lunch spot! Fresh and healthy food with interesting ingredients, fairly priced. Best chicken tenders and sweet potato fries I’ve found for my kids. Avocado toast (pictured) absolutely delicious. Coffee good too. Go there now!

Just started a new job and a coworker recommended Roost. Seriously, the best recommendation I've gotten in ages! Staff was so friendly, and my cobb salad was delicious. Will definitely be going back soon.

Salads look good, but I’ve always gotten sandwiches. Can’t resist the fabulous artisnal bread. A small number of tables; most customers appear to take out.

The English Muffin sandwich is the most phenomenal thing you'll ever eat. The EM is fluffy cloud of happiness. Coffee is amazing. Staff is incredible, they will go out of their way for their customers.

Fresh salads, friendly & reasonable staff. Clean and organized location. If only this restaurant was in a more down to earth town, then it would have a pleasant environment too. I had the kale and quinoa salad and it was perfect, didn't even use my dressing.

Owners Krista and Mike are such fun and adorable, but also, expert at cuisine! Just recently, I was so impressed with what I thought would be a basic egg, or turkey sandwich. Instead I got bliss! Not an ordinary deli, but, full-on restaurant quality. Perfect for pick up!! This time I ordered fresh, whipped eggs, grilled bacon on a light, fluffy muffin, and a few hours later I ate a lean turkey sandwich with avocado, succulent roasted onions and onion jam! Making basic into memorable. Divine! Not to mention it’s quick and conveniently located a short distance off i95 with plenty of parking off the Boston Post Rd.

We have eaten at this restaurant a lot and have LOVED all the food. We needed a place like this in the neighborhood. Best Food in Darien by a mile. Hoping that P&Z will allow more seating. We have taken out and it's been amazing.

Great options for eat-in or take out. We bought sandwiches for a boat trip and they were delicious.

I cannot say enough good things about Roost. Flavorful, fresh, simple but absolutely delicious food and drinks. We don't live in the area and we actually go out of our way to stop there every once in a while because it's THAT good. WHY are there not more options like this for amazing breakfast and lunch food?! We love you, Roost!!

Delicious!!! Salads are to die for!! Salads are amazing and fresh and creative! I have had other things too like breakfast burrito, avocado toast and the the chicken sandwich...no complaints!

Roost has the most amazing sandwiches, salads and smoothies. Stopping here for lunch is one of the highlights of my workday. Roasted Carrot Hummus salad with white balsamic is my go-to.

Great food and even better service. I order here frequently and the service is always fast and the staff are always friendly, especially Aiden. He’s a nice sight for sore eyes too, definitely give him a raise 😍

Food is delicious and have lots of healthy and vegetarian options! The juices are so good! You can order online and the food is made with quality and very quickly!

First visit. As vegans, got the Carrot Hummus Bowl. Delicious. Other selections can be veganized. We'll be back.

Great place. Love the Roost English muffin & also roasted chicken sandwich. Coffee is also okay for restaurant coffee.
