I used to go to the West Village Rag & Bone, but thought the salespeople were kids & just not great.
I love Rag and Bone and I finally had a salesperson that’s as great as their clothes.
If you’re in the Greenwich store see ANGELA, she is such a doll; funny, friendly and ultra knowledgeable about the products. I tried on one of their classic calfskin leather jackets and she quickly figured out I needed to go a size down. Also, a $1K gorgeous jacket that fits great was on sale PLUS another 30% off. It ended up being HALF the original price. Also, she knew immediately what I needed and got my favorite knit TShirts from the stock room AND gave me a 20% discount on an item that’s NEVER on sale. Thank you Angela, today was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had….

Went in on Saturday evening looking for a pair on jeans. I left with a whole new wardrobe. Angela was so amazing. Very helpful and you could tell that she loves her job. Will definitely be back in the spring for some summer outfits.

Good place to pickup casual clothing, but a bit expensive

The sales lady shut the register a full 20 minutes before closing, which I found to be pretty obnoxious. If you’re open until 6 PM, you should be able to buy things until 6 PM. I had rushed to the store to get something before a trip. Very disappointing, and just makes me feel like the brand and whoever was working there felt they had the right to be snobby.

I when into the store, last week of December. I was treated very poorly, and very unprofessiona. There was a older women, And she completely ignored me while I was trying to buy something for my father for Christmas. Horrible experience , no one acknowledged me. However hate to used the race card, but I strongly believe this was the case. There another older women of none color, and she was treated very well. I’m very disappointed on the company, and I strongly believe they need to be retrained there staff on how to handle different people from different backgrounds. Thank you.

I walked in during my lunch break to get some casual clothes for the summer. The store was nearly empty and the sales people were talking and laughing loudly to each other. After about 5 minutes of browsing, I left because no one offered to help me. I walk down the street to Polo and they were very attentive and I bought there.

If you want to pay 10 stars for the price and receive 0 star on customer service, try Rag & Bone. The store shows no respect for a customer's time and no sincere apology for their error.

At the end of July, a SoHo store assistant confirmed to order a pair of sandal for me from CT Greenwich store b/c SoHo doesn't have a pair in mint condition. He got my address and credit card info and said it would be ordered right away. The order was not placed by SoHo. I called Greenwich store after 4 days to place the order. But the shoe was shipped to a wrong address. I provided the right address as showed in the sales receipt. Then I had to call the Greenwich store, FedEx and then the store multiple times to clarify the situation. The store manager said they will update me soon. No call from them in the following week. I called them twice. Finally, today they found the shoes and asked to reship it to me. I asked for a 20% discount to compensate for my time before they ship it again. The answer was no. As a result, I asked for the full refund. I haven't had such irresponsible and disrespectful customer service from any merchants in the U.S., no matter their goods priced lower or higher than Rag & Bone.
