We worked closely with Dr Katherman. She was amazing along with all the staff there. They were quick to get our baby an appointment and even called after hours on a holiday to check in on him. Everyone was very knowledgeable and shared many helpful tips.

We absolutely love Dr. Katherman and her staff. They are like family to us. They make our experience at the dentist very comfortable and painless.

I only have nice things to say about Dr. Katherman! She released my son’s tongue and lip ties with a laser two years ago today. My son was born prematurely at 29 weeks and had a whole slew of medical issues. Feeding was a major issue. When he got out of the NICU we still struggled with bottle feeding. We figured out that he might have ties that impacted feeding and reached out to Dr. Katherman’s office. They scheduled us in a timely manner and were excellent! During the first part of the appointment we sat in a room where Dr. Katherman and her staff walked us through the procedure. After answering all of my questions and explaining aftercare, they took my son back and did the procedure. It was done so quickly and precisely. After you leave, Dr. Katherman calls to check in to see how everything is going. She really made this process so smooth.
I 100% recommend taking your babies to her like we did. It was worth traveling the distance for us!
My son’s feeding issues with the bottle significantly decreased after the procedure. It was great!

I grew up in New York and had about three different dentists through my childhood for almost 20 years. I recently moved to York and started using this dentist because it was my Wife’s dentist for years. I have never IN MY LIFE been handled so carefully by a dental hygenist. Not a single poke at my gum once, absolutely zero pain the entire time, it was phenomenal and truly impressive. Definitely recommend them for anyone!!

I brought my infant son here to have a tongue and lip tie released and my experience was top notch! Dr. Katherman and all the staff that we saw throughout our visits there were nothing but knowledgeable, so kind and helpful while also being very thorough and professional. I drove a ways to come here for the procedure, but I can confidently say it was well worth it! The follow up was amazing as well, and I know I can reach out with any questions or concerns in the future. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Katherman released my one month old daughter’s lip and tongue ties. She and her team made an intimidating procedure so much easier. They spent an hour and a half understanding our situation, making a recommendation and talking me through the procedure. Dr Katherman then personally called that evening to ensure my daughter was doing ok. It’s so rare to have that kind of support in the medical field- I highly recommend Dr Katherman for your child’s care!

Dr. Katherman and her staff are the absolute best! My baby had a severe tongue and lip tie. They were able to help revise these ties and give my baby the ability to move his tongue and eat properly. Everyone there was so friendly, helpful, and absolutely amazing with our little one. We will be continue to use them for our dental needs!

My baby had trouble latching when breastfeeding due to a tongue tie and lip tie. Dr. K was so helpful. She explained everything very thoroughly to us for my daughter’s release procedures and post treatment care, answered our calls on her personal phone after hours, checked in on us, and provided a mommy and baby friendly office space for nursing and changing my baby. Her entire office was super friendly and helpful too. My daughter started breastfeeding normally one week after her procedure and has healed great! Highly recommend!

Dr. Katherman and her team were incredibly helpful in releasing our son Asher's lip and tongue ties. Asher was quickly losing weight and was not able to transfer milk well with breastfeeding. We had to triple feed to increase his weight and keep him full, which was a difficult process for us, especially as new parents.

Navigating this process was straightforward working with Dr. Katherman. She and her team helped me stay at ease and I trusted them with my newborn. The best part was hearing them sing to Asher as they released the ties. Dr. Katherman also checked up on us and offered her contact information to reach out at any time.

Immediately after the release, I could tell a difference in Asher's feeding. He was able to latch on more easily and he was able to transfer milk more effectively. Dr. Katherman's team explained the entire process very well and how to help the recovery process (which is difficult but completely worth it).

I felt sincere compassion and care from Dr. Katherman and her team throughout the process. At each check-up appointment, I felt like they listened to me and provided information that helped me to feel comfortable and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Dr. Katherman and her team to anyone who needs to get their babies' lip and tongue ties released. I wouldn't go anywhere else for such a sensitive and important procedure.

We are so happy with our experience with Dr. Katherman and her staff! They were so knowledgeable and caring. My son had feeding issues and continued to lose weight. Dr. Kathermans office was able to get us in the next day and perform the upper lip tie and tongue tie during that same visit. She called us that evening to check on him and the staff followed up to make sure everything was going well. Highly highly recommend!

The whole process with Dr. Katherman was easy and organized. Scheduling was quick. The consult for my child's lip and tounge tie was informative and i loved that the procedure could be done that day. I left feeling confident in my ability to care for my child post procedure. Dr. Kathrrman and her dental assistant were both so kind and reassuring.

Dr. Katherman and her team were AMAZING! We drove two hours to see her and would do it again in a heart beat! She was validating of our concerns and found our little ones tongue tie after another professional close to us said she didn’t have one. We are so thankful for her care and compassion. She was also very responsive to concerns we had the night after the procedure. I love that she follows up that night and you see her one week and four weeks post procedure. Excellent care! We wished we lived closer so she could be our child’s dentist.

Dr. Katherman and her staff were incredible. The experience was intimidating but they eased those worries by explaining every step of the process. Dr. Katherman clearly loves what she does and cares for her patients - even calling the night of the procedure to check on our baby. We highly recommend!

Dr. Katherman and her team are beyond amazing. From your first step into the building until the time you leave they make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. They thoroughly explain everything and give you adequate time to discuss questions and concerns. My family and I drove almost 2 hours one way to have Dr. Katherman perform a procedure on my newborn because she was so highly recommended. Everyone was so gentle and caring with my baby, it helped calm my anxieties about the procedure immediately. It felt like we were talking mother to mother, not just doctor to patient. She even provided her personal phone number as well as checking up via phone on her own time later that same evening. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. I will recommend this practice everytime!

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They're on time and keep things running smoothly. They're great with kids too.

Dr. Katherman and her staff did a fantastic job. Our son had a lip tie and tongue tie. We were very nervous going into it but Dr. Katherman put our minds at ease immediately. Amazing is all I can say. After my concerns were disregarded by other health care providers, this entire team was there to help. They all take their time and genuinely care about you. If you need to see someone for any type of tie or dental concerns she is your person! Her assistant is absolutely amazing and kind hearted. Not once did I feel rushed or my concerns not heard.

Amazing experience. I had to take my little one who barely a month old when we needed to have some work done, lip and tongue tie. The staff and Dr. Katherman were so kind and gentle. They made sure that my little one was well taken care of. They also put my mind at ease when they explained what was needed to be done. Dr. Katherman was available literally 24/7 through text or call. She checked in on us and answered any and all questions we had. If it were not for the fact the office was an hour drive one way, I would make her office my permanent dentist office for all work. You are in great hands with Dr. Katherman and her staff.
