McDonald's

The management here is incredibly professional and they lead an incredible group of people. This is hard work, and they make it look easy. I have never seen them be rude to any customer. And when I have asked for a special order they always make sure to do it right the first time, and once they had to redo it for me and they didn't get upset about that, which was cool, because we all know that sometimes fast food workers can get frustrated with all the exceptions that get thrown at them. At them. Anyway, I highly recommend this McDonald's. I think everyone working here should get a raise.

My best friend and I were having a really rough day from work so we decided to go to McDonald's normally when you go to McDonald's the ice cream machine is broken but at this one it works, ardra was very nice and gave my friend an ice cream cone and me the tallest ice cream cones, I definitely will be coming back again 5 stars.

It's McD's, so there's that. What was unexpected was the food. They made the best biscuit sandwiches I have ever had at any McDonald's. So this particular fast food was exceptional.

They were nice and there it was Clean and Yeah you're nuggets for fresh

Breakfast manager very friendly and made sure my order was right. Staff was nice too.

Briana, Kalayah (manager), Neisha, Sabria, and Rayanna WERE FABULOUS. THEY WERE SWEET. TOOK MY ORDER NO ISSUES. The most important thing is they were smiling. I appreciate these young ladies being so positive THANK YOU!!

I think the morning drivethru person taking the orders needs to listen and pay attention: I ask for the #4 and an extra hash brown. She immediately asked if I wanted to make it a meal.
I replied, "Yes, is the number 4 the meal?" Because she didn't pay attention she didn't enter my extra hash brown

I don't know how their egg McMuffin and hash browns are quite literally the best ones I have *ever* had. The hash browns are always a little extra crispy, cheese is melted on the mm.

The tall black lady who is a manager was the one that served me my food and she was very nice and helpful and I was very much appreciated how she was doing her job. She deserves a raise.

Vanilla in a diet coke ...delicious.
No salt fries. Hot. Fresh was an understatement.
Extra onion on two cheeseburgers. Perfect.

I worked here and had to quit. Some of the associates and management here are wonderful people who make the establishment a great place to work and eat. There are also some management who create a hostile work environment DAILY. This often times lead to the slow service you may receive here. Management could do with some interpersonal relationship classes so they can learn how to treat everyone around them. Most management talk on their cell phones while handling food and customers in the front of house. I do not regret leaving because I didn't see a future here where even the store's general manager didn't want me to succeed. Instead she made fun of me with other managers and associates. This location either needs better management, or they should close. I won't even return to eat here.

I always tell myself to review this place but never do. This morning was a major miss. However, it wouldn’t deter me from returning from previous experiences. Generally, the staff is amazing and service is quick. The best part of this location is the person who takes orders and payments. He generally has bedazzled nails and ALWAYS brings such positive energy. I’ve had some rough times recently and someone in a fast food window would never know. But this persons infectious positivity has been the small uplift I needed on more than one occasion. On top of that, he calls me (and everyone who gives a code from the app) by name. I’m a professional in a long term career devoted to customer service and this person is an absolute rockstar. What an amazing “face” for the company. Thank you, Rockstar!

Can't get enough of the McChicken 2for $3 great staff clean in and out . People there remember me and what I like great feeling to be thought of ..Mrs Vita and Mrs reddz really sweet overall great experience..

This McDonald's is the worst I have ever gotten food from. My husband went to pick up us dinner Because I hurt my leg and I can't stand on it for more than a few minutes at a time. I ordered a big Mac meal and
A crispy chicken sandwich. Which is supposed to come on a buttery bun and pickles on it. My sandwich was over cooked it was almost black.
And had no pickles and if there was butter on it me or my husband couldn't taste it.. I tried to call McDonald's to complain I called for 37 minutes over and over it just rang and rang then would disconnect
So I kept calling back over and over for 37 minutes.
And I bet this won't be on the public review

I just stopped in here to pick up an Uber eats delivery. I had to use the bathroom real quick. And I have to save this was one of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in my life. This is a very busy location and whoever is on staff cleaning deserves a gold star and the raise.

Took my Nephew to get his check and then ordered pre-dinner food. They forgot one of my Big-Macs but after calling and speaking with Drew, the Manager, He was very polite and helpful. My Nephew picked up the Big Mac by the next day. Thank you Mr. Drew and Jacob.

2 weeks ago I went through the drive thru. The line was long but moving very quickly. My food was Great Got and fresh And the shake machine was working!!! Lol. The Manager named Navi because I asked, and the crew did an impressive job.

Service was fast, food was hot as in fresh hot. Staff polite and friendly. Order was correct. Pay and pick up windows were both open, running smoothly 👌
