AT&T Store

Nikki and Liam were extremely kind and helpful in trying to fix a line issue with my husband’s phone. I probably spent over 2
hrs with each of them and customer support over the phone to try and get this resolved. Nikki worked on it for weeks after I left the store and finally got it resolved. Honestly, it was probably outside the scope of what her job description is, but I am so thankful for her help and going above and beyond. She is a hero! They both were also very helpful and good with problem solving to find a temporary fix until tech support finally could get the line fixed. Thank you Nikki and Liam for your patience with me and all the reps we talked to on the phone!

I saw a lot of horrible reviews on here and was hesitant to stop by. I’m thankful I did because I saved myself a 20 minute extension on my drive to an AT&T store. I was helped the literal moment I walked into the store and that is a big thing for me as well. Alex was incredibly helpful and made the experience so fast and painless. He helped me set up my Apple Watch with in 20 minutes tops. I highly recommend this place and the staff included. 10/10.

Very quick service. Shawn went above and beyond what he needed to do. He was more concerned about what I needed than pushing a sale.

Miguel was fantastic today. My wife's phone died unexpectedly and we were able to work with Miguel to get a brand new phone. I was also able to upgrade my device to a newer model as well. I highly recommend working with Miguel!

Got me in and out with service in less then 15 minutes, and was very pleasant to deal with. Associate even told me a few tricks to get what I want from AT&T later on down the road!

ATT town center west York was a great experience. So appreciate how professional and kind their specialist are. Transactions went smoothly and quickly even though I had questions. They got me the best deal possible which I love. ! . Saved me money. Also the manager I was

As an older person some of the hook up issues were not easy for me . I am thankful for how great the manager and her team are there !!

Megan is an outstanding professional more helpful than anyone we have experienced at AT&T.
She should be a senior manager in AT&T, not merely an assistant manager.

My family needed new phones and Brianna the manager went over and above and went to another store to pick up 2 of our phones. We then worked with Yusean who was a delight. Any questions we asked he answered all of them. He was professional and very kind. He helped me port my phone numbers as well. If you want excellent service go to see Brianna and Yusean in West York. Thanks to them both for making our experience wonderful!

Yu-Shun was an amazing Sales consultant! He answered all of my questions with ease! He was so helpful and made my experience a pleasure! I was in and out with not just the 1 phone that I came for but an added line & 2 new phones ! He is the best ! -Leshaun

**UPDATE 1/29/2022**

After having issues all week with not getting text messages, phone calls, and voicemails ( one being a job offer I missed). I came in to find Eddie and he was more than glad to fix me right up with porting my number. I no longer regret switching service. Brianna the store manager was kind and helpful. I walked out with an Apple Watch. Thanks again to this team for help a girl from jersey out!

All I have to say is Shawn and the whole entire team at the York Store were absolutely epic and badass. Shawn was incredible and the customer service not only from him but, the way everyone operated in that store was superb. I don’t know if there is a reward system but, someone please buy them lunch or a couple gift cards. They are the whole reason I switched from Verizon! Thanks guys! You rock!! Eddie keep up the hard work as well.

Nikki was a fantastic help, very nice, knowledgeable, funny. She helped create a good moral. Her manager was as kind and high spirited. Couldnt have been a better experience. One thing I will say. Your staff at this location is understaffed and over worked. And still handled a full store professionally, with kindness and full satisfaction. I think they all deserve some kind of reward and recognition

Alex was amazing! He helped me move all my information from my Samsung to the iPhone I switched too. He was very willing to help me. He also helped move my husbands information from his old phone to his new phone. I couldn’t have done it all with out him 😄

Keelyn the manager is fabulous !! Also Liam did an awesome job assisting with the transfer. We appreciate all the time and help given.

Bri doesn't know the movie that the comment ,"Your killing me smalls" came from. Shawn is very knowledgeable and was very professional and courteous. Also, Brian did not know who Chris Pratt. This is a disappointment. Bri is not to be reprimanded for these comments.

This store is a good place to go when you need good, helpful service. Shawn was very helpful and was able to get me back up and running in no time.

Went in to get a phone upgrade and cancel a few devices on our plan. Nicole greeted us as soon as we entered the store and pointed me in the direction of a good phone for me and got us all taken care of in a timely manner.
