My tax professional Sandy is the best professional I've dealt with in the last 7-8 years. Had a HR block advisor in New Jersey that I dealt with for over 10 years until she passed away from cancer. The last few years I've been doing my taxes online with the free tool. Was doing okay until I started having trouble with my state taxes because I live in New Jersey but work in PA. After much frustration decided to go to an office. Very glad I did.

Lisa Patton did a very thorough job and explained everything in a way I could understand. I came in with various in and out of state taxes and additional forms. I was hesitant to use H&R Block again this year due to errors made by the preparer at a different location. Lisa explained the errors and how the peace of mind works moving forward this year. She was funny and pleasant and overall made me feel confident in her work.
