This is a stellar location. I've dealt with a lot of USPS stores for my small business, and this one takes the cake. Employees are always friendly and smart. I also love the speed and ease of they're self service area.

Went for a passport renewal. Super friendly and patient. Main lobby was very quiet as well. Plenty of parking right outside.

I needed to get some Livescan fingerprints done for a job offer, and was honestly dreading having to drive an hour to get them. I was working with a woman named Kelly, and she honestly made the process so much less stressful ! She worked with me to find a good time to drive that far, checked to see if I had any closer locations, and made sure that I was in and out. The directions on how to find the correct door that I needed and where to park were written out so well, and I didn't even have to ask anyone how to get anywhere because of how clear directions were. Everything was well sanitized and clean, and Kelly in general was a pleasure to work with - very upbeat and happy! She even wished me good luck on my way out. All in all, she made what I thought was going to be an eh experience into a very good one. I cannot recommend Kelly and the York USPS enough if you need Livescan fingerprinting done !!

I failed to update my mailing address and my package was unable to be delivered. I went to see if they could locate my package, which they did. The manager personally went and got my package from the warehouse that it was in. And then agreed to meet me the next day to pick it up. She definitely did not have to go out of her way and do that. So for that I really do appreciate all she did. Thanks again!!!

We went for a passport and received excellent service. The first time we’re went in we didn’t realize you have to schedule a time ahead, so that was frustrating, but we were seen exactly on time when we went for our appointment and were out in fifteen minutes. They know what they’re doing.

I mailed packages at this Post Office today and I had an awesome experience. Ebony and David today helped me. They were very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and kind.

I mail a lot of packages and usually have no problems. I made my appt.
for a passport online and found the procedure uncomplicated and very easy.
Where I live the mail carriers are changing frequently which causes issues with efficient mail delivery until the mail person learns the route.
