I just wanna say how happy I was with the customer service! I got to set up a new account with Aubrey Smith I believe her name was... She was so nice, friendly , and overall very professional! I enjoyed chatting with her as she set my account up and thoroughly crossed her T's and dotted her I's . She set me up so quick and walked me through everything ! Great experience thus far and I am very happy to be a member. So shout out to you Miss Smith!!

Extremely friendly and helpful. There is a bank on every corner, all of them with comparable rates and benefits. What sets a bank apart from the rest is customer service. When walking into this bank at this branch, you feel like a friend, not just another customer. The. Customer service is why I bank here.

The customer services is outstanding. Everyone is so accomodating and makes any process so easy including securing a loan. Excellent as compared to FNB and M&T and other large banks. Highly recommend Members First.

my fav credit union and 2nd fav bank ever. only ranked usaa above because i was military and they are great for militray or if you travel a lot and all over. but for local #1 for sure

I live across the state..an this place is the best..when I lived thier they went out of thier way to help,even now..they have stopped my acct from getting hacked..

Great place for you banking needs. Only complaint I have is sometimes the ATM is down. But that comes with technology.
