Always have the best care with Dr. Perry and his staff. The front office lady, Laura is especially kind and always willing to help out with my needs or questions.

I was recently set-up for a new patient visit with this practice, and was very pleasantly surprised that they are punctual with appointments (no overbooking; a rarery these days). The dr I was assigned to is great; easy to speak to; and takes the time to really understand his patients! These days, a dr may be good, but with prevalent double-booking, patients are rushed through visits so quickly that questions are forgotten and drs are distracted. Not at this office, though; they practice the way drs should be able to!

Dr. Perry has always listened to my concerns! If I ever had any ideas of what could be wrong with me, he checked them out regardless or gave me referrals!

Terrific physician. I was very lucky to have found him. After being treated in the hospital by his wife I was made aware of her husbands family practice through word of mouth. He’s very straightforward and works with specialists for coordination of care. I feel better now than I have over the last 3 years. Not the type to just throw an RX at a problem. He truly wants to prevent the symptoms from coming back and eliminates unnecessary medications.

The doctors are great and the staff is very friendly they all try and make you feel at home when you come there, they are also very good with my kids I'm glad I found this doctor

My mother was a patient of yours for almost 30 years and want to know what she got? Thyroid cancer because your office neglected to send her for scans and just shoved pills in her face for hyperthyroidism when it was probably cancer all along. Palisac, you said her breathing was fine and she didn't need a specialist, thankfully she called the office and asked for a referral to be sent over herself because that specialist couldn't believe you let her walk out of that office saying her breathing was fine when only 50 percent of her air way is open! You guys were neglectful plain and simple, and I say this with my entire being, Perry and Palisac, you better hope my mom is okay because she has alot of family and we aren't going to be quiet. She trusted you Jeffrey Perry, I was a former patient and im so thankful I was kicked out because you pushed pills on me I had no business being on, being a new mom at the time, you gave me kolonopin instead of checking me for post partum depression. This isn't a threat, but I truly hope you both read this and know I hope you both get what you deserve. Perry you especially should be ashamed. Palisac, end your career please because you absolutely are horrible at it! Neglectful, pill pushing office. I bet you got royalties from all those companies, I bet that's how you retired early Perry. I'm not stupid and I won't be quiet. You guys messed up big time with my mother and she didn't deserve it. 30 years and she got cancer that you all blatantly missed. You should be ashamed. I hope this office gets shut down or you leave and some brand new person takes over. That lady in there's a joke too. You treated my mom for allergies in the winter when it was thyroid cancer. Those are just the cold hard facts. Don't go here people! Seriously! There's many other offices I promise you!

I have been to several PCP’s in this area and a couple in Maryland and this practice is by far the worst.

When a healthcare professional is supposed to be supportive and understanding, mine is the exact opposite, cold and judgmental. And if you’ve had some issues in your past, don’t even bother, you will be judged like a strict parent, instead of trying to understand or help you move past it. Rather than practice the highest of healthcare standards, they will simply tell you to get over it. They are not warm or caring. Rather than working with the patient, they practice my way or the highway type of approach.

And if you are trying to move to a different practice, good luck, they make it virtually impossible to find a different provider, even if your coverage isn’t a good fit. I am praying for the day I can relocate myself to a different provider.

I had been visiting this office for my entire life until I moved out of town. It was always pleasant, Dr. Perry was wonderful, etc. Around the time that I was moving, I needed vaccine records, and was told that the office didn’t have any of my records. How is that possible after 23 years? Came back to the office after moving back to the area and it has changed so much. No one seems to have a clue what they’re doing and there is no communication between the team. Definitely won’t be back.
