I had my eye on a Subaru at another location but decided I wanted to go to Thornton Manchester to look at a Honda CR-V that they had to compare. Chris Rhodes met us outside in the pouring rain to ask if I wanted to look inside the vehicle. We all got in the car and started to go over all the features, some I had no idea it had even though I had looked up the vehicle online. He was very nice, very knowledgeable and patient when I asked a lot of questions. I highly recommend him and Thornton Automotive in Manchester.

My first experience with Thornton Automotive in Manchester PA. I Found a vehicle of interest online using random auto App. Samantha Dunn wasn’t expecting me, but she met me at the door and I was impressed with her knowledge of the Jeep I came to see. She knew where it was on the lot, its mileage, year, etc. she also told me the price was just lowered, which is why I drove 35 miles to see it.

Samantha and her business manager, Tom Smith, worked with me to get me into a vehicle that I could reasonably afford monthly that would accommodate myself and my family (party of 5). Samantha really was great. I'm struggling to find a truck I could use for work and she hooked me up with a great deal, I'm young with not much credit history and almost no money for a down payment. It's not the best car in the world but it's a hell of a great deal.
