Staff is efficient and helpful. Dr Weld is the complete professional with a friendly manner. Just met Alli, great addition to the practice. Linda is the best for attention to detail and her knowlege of their fine display of frames. Thanks to all!

My mom talked me into going here even though it's an hour drive for me. I'm glad I did. My doctor was helpful and knowledgeable, and I like that you have the option to pay a small fee for an alternative to having your eyes dilated for testing.

The staff is also really friendly and helpful. I particularly want to call out the gal who helped me fit my new glasses when I went to pick them up.

I had wanted them to also put in new lenses in my old frames because I really love those frames, and I have such a hard time finding nice ones that fit my apparently tiny face. After I had already paid for the additional lenses in my old frames, she stopped me before walking out and said she noticed a small crack on the bridge of my old frames. She was afraid the frames might break when they put in the new lenses--then I'd be stuck with lenses and have to pay for a different new frame.

So they voided my purchase, and on I went, disappointed but thankful that she saved me from a potentially more expensive and disappointing situation. I don't remember her name but THANK YOU!

Staff was all so friendly and welcoming. My first visit and they made me feel so comfortable. They told me what to expect before each part of the exam and Dr. Weld explained the test results and answered all my questions. Linda helped me find glasses that not only looked nice but were within my budget. A+ all around.

We had a wonderful first visit at Wheatlyn Eye Care! Every staff member we encountered had great energy and the whole environment was extremely welcoming. Dr. Beam was kind and informative. The eyewear selection was good and we look forward to returning.

I’ve been coming here since I was 12! Through the years I have tried other places simply because of my insurance changing & I can honestly say that no other eye dr has been able to get my prescription right except here. I always come back & I’ll pay out of pocket whatever I need to, to stay & know I’m in the best hands.

Thorough exam from the tech to the Doctor. The help I got from everyone in the optical department was helpful and awesome. They really did help with the frame choice and were knowledgeable about insurance. They have excellent memories also. I see them once a year and they remember my name and where I work, even the glasses styles I lean towards! Now THAT is customer service! Thank you for helping me get what I need and what I want.

I’ve been a patient there for years and have never had any problems. I was in to pick up my glasses the other day, and I will have to say being in customer service myself The three girls behind the counter were absolutely wonderful. They all had smiles on her faces, greeting me as I came in. In my experience that is one of the most important things in business is the first impression when you walk through that door.
I hope these girls get recognized for their service and people don’t just take it for granted.

I’ve been going to Dr. Tuttle for over a decade. Followed him from his East Market location to Manchester. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and patient when I ask tons of questions! I’ve already recommended Wheatlyn to several people and will continue to do so!

I've been a patient for 53 years when it stated with Dr. Blymire. The new Dr. Tuttle and the girls are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone. They have a great selection and are very helpful to pick the perfect glasses.

This office is run very efficiently! I showed up and was immediately checked in and taken back for my exam. Dr. Tuttle was very thorough and the rest of the staff was great too! I felt cared for and confident that I received the best care.

I recently completed "Treatment 2" of a "4-Treatment" regimen (IPL --- Intense Pulsed Light) to improve my decades-long problems with "Dry Eye Disease." I have achieved pronounced improvement already! Dr. Christine Weld has given me renewed hope in managing this debilitating disease!

Great place to get your eye exam. Big variety of frames to choose from. And if you're looking for a new pair of sunglasses they have them too.
