I truly did get excellent service there. They have people who are both technicians and sales associates so more than enough knowledge. He went above and beyond to dig through inventory to find bindings in the right color scheme for my Jr. Skier, with mounting/adjusting, and a comfy helmet for me $234. DONE. I'm happy. UPDATE: I recently got another round of ski's boots and bindings for my son. David did a great job getting my son set up. My son's skill level immediately improved with the equipment we got. He said he feels like he has perfect control in all conditions. He's like a kid with a new bicycle. Very happy!

Uller’s is wonderful. This was my first time buying ski equipment and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone there was great and they taught me a lot. They spent a lot of time making sure I understood the equipment so I could pick out what works best and feels the best for me. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t push the more expensive options. They worked hard to get my equipment ready fast so I could get out on the mountain that weekend. I really appreciate all of their time and expertise.

I walked in not knowing anything about purchasing skis. They had outstanding customer service for nearly five hours to make sure I got what I needed. I walked out confident in my purchase. Went in with my friend to get his bindings replaced and to buy skis for the first time (I'm new to skiing). Al was running the store that night. First I'll say he is incredibly knowledgeable. He educated me on skis and what I would probably want based on various factors. I ended up buying a very affordable pair of used skis and a new pair of boots. The boot fitting was great. I'm confident I got the perfect boot for my needs at a fair price. Overall definitely check Uller's out if you need gear worked on or replaced.

I’m a female snowboarder and I’ve been in shops where I haven’t been taken seriously. I’ve never felt that way in this store. They are extremely knowledgeable, take serious considerations with my needs, and are always friendly and welcoming. Love this local shop!

Why do I love this place? The service! You cannot beat it. You can go online and buy stuff cheaper but in the end. Maybe those boots you bought on Ebay wont fit. But you sure a got a good deal. With Ullers, they treat you like family. Not just another customer of there 1.2 billion customer base. Just go to ULLERS!!!

My son scheduled his first big snowboarding trip (Killington) last minute. He needed a tune expedited. Uller’s came through with flying colors. In the past we drove an hour to a board shop in Frederick MD. Uller’s is closer and based upon this experience (nice shop, expert personnel) Uller’s will be the new “go to”.

Stopped in to look at getting fitted for snowboard boots and was very impressed at how well I was taken care of. It was worth every penny to know that I was getting the right product that would fit to me. Do yourself a favor, this place is well worth a visit!

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! I've been coming here since I was little and have always enjoyed my visits. Today I went in search of snowboard boots. Left with exactly what I needed AND they were on sale.

Really good disc selection for the size of the store. They carry trilogy and innova. Towels, bags, markers and other outdoor sport equipment.
