We had Miller's Roofing re-side our house with vinyl siding and install gutter guards. Josh came to look over the project, answer our questions, and give us a price and starting date. We chose gray 4" siding and 7" white Cedar Shaker Shingles for the porch. The white shingles available from the siding company did not match the permanent white on our door, so Millers Roofing made extra trips to their supplier to bring back actual pieces of the white shingles from another company in order to insure a match for us.
The crew came early on the date we were given and worked hard and efficiently for two 11 hour days. When they left at 600pm the second day, I could not find a single nail, screw, or piece of dab-re on the ground. Even our neighbors were impressed with the work ethic of the crew and the job they did. Everyone we met at Miller's Roofing was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when we called or stopped in with our many questions. So far I am delighted with the gutter guards. I haven't needed my ladder in the rain yet! Our experience with Miller's Roofing was excellent.

Our experience with Miller Roofing was excellent overall, with impressive end-to-end communications, reliability throughout the project, and an outstanding new roof. Our project included immediate responses to initial inquiry and follow-up questions; prompt appointment times & arrivals; detailed explanations on process, materials and price quote; and excellent quality and craftsmanship from the crew removing the old roof and installing the new one. Great local company that still values customer service and takes pride in their work.

Miller's Roofing was fantastic to work with. Wendy was so kind and informative on the phone and worked with us as we struggled to get our solar panel company to respond and remove our panels so the roof could be replaced. Had miller replace a flat rubber roof and raise it so water would stop puddling. They did a fantastic job and gave recommendations to further help my roof. Very nice people and work fast. I recommend.

Josh Miller and and Miller's Roofing as a whole was easy and rewarding to work with. I got an estimate very quickly, and the crew worked to install larger gutters and downspouts for our property quickly and at reasonable price including new gutter guards. Josh changed the angle of the downspout sweeps to better work drain water away from the home amd provided the needed PVC transition to the underground drain off my back downspout.

My Family has used Miller's roofing for 30+ Years and they recently completed a complete roof replacement on my house, plus install new gutter guards. They completed the project in one long day as they said they would. Returned to do a little additional spouting work I requested. They did an excellent job making sure there were no nails or debris laying on the ground. Could not ask for a better job.

Selecting Miller's: I obtained 5 bids for a shared commercial property. Joshua Miller, the owner, showed up personally, listened to my concerns, looked at water leaks and made recommendations for improvements. I appreciate that the owner takes the time to review each job, meets his crew on site each morning and inspects the job at the end. 100% invested from start to finish.

Financially, Miller's bid settled out in the middle. Now that the job is completed, the service we received more than compensates for the difference. Cheaper frequently isn’t better and you can’t put a price on excellent service.

Experientially, Joshua Miller and his team came out on top. Our Association took 6 months to ask questions, clarify concerns and work through the bids. Joshua proved very knowledgeable, approachable, available and respectful. As a hardworking business woman, I appreciated his respectful attitude, time and consideration throughout this lengthy process.

The job: Amazing from start to finish. A very large commercial roof/gutter system was replaced in 3 days by a hardworking, respectful crew under a tremendously hot sun. Fellow business owners were impressed by the crew's unwavering attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for the customers and employees as they remained open for business. The new roof significantly updates the building's look, curb appeal and value - especially with the transferable commercial warranty.

Miller's Roofing completely transformed the exterior of a 150 year old spring house on our property. They repaired the metal roof, replaced and installed the wooden clapboard siding, replaced three windows and installed new gutters to help protect from water damage for years to come. The crew was fantastic, it was refreshing to see quality craftsmanship that delivered as promised. The team did a great job communicating and was 100% accurate with the bid contract rate. I found Miller's Roofing to be very trustworthy and a delight to work with. I would not hesitate to work with them again for future projects.

Workers were on time, very professional and did a great job of clean up. The day after, a foreman came by to pick up their dumpster and inspect the roof. Again, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Miller Roofing.

I couldn't be more pleased with Miller's. I got four bids for our residential roof replacement. Miller's was the second lowest but their responsiveness to my questions and the pleasant professionalism of the entire team made selecting them for the job a no-brainer. The work was completed quickly and correctly and I should be good to go for a couple more decades. A very pleasant experience that cost me less than I expected.
