The chef here is a true artist!! It is very rare that you ask for a medium well done burger, and still get such a juicy patty out of it! The flavors in the light and fluffy waffle were so subtle, that I could taste each individual ingredient. Even the syrup did not drown out the buttermilk flavor. And last but not the least, the coleslaw was just absolutely devine! No other words to describe it!!

We are former Nutmeggers now living in PA who miss having a great diner like Johnny’s. The breakfast was delicious and our waitress was excellent.

I Love it here the restaurant is Family restaurant small business own that’s what’s up I respect ✊ it, My sister-in-law and I Loved the waitress so much she so sweet 🥹 kind loves to make conversation with you it’s cool sweet . Anyways I had French toast and Beef Hash with Italian sausage home made yasss so good 😊 and my sister in-law had sunny side up egg beef hash side of toast coffees . Everything was super yummy 🤤 Yes simple breakfast 🍳 but Homemade I’m all for that Oo yeah we coming back here a lot and is a plus because we live right up the street.💜

My go to breakfast place! Always feel like family, Nick and Patrice are great! Eggs are always cooked to perfection, everything well prepared, rest room spotless and service efficient, fast and friendly! Very roomy booths, too!

On Father's day at the height of the busy period we had a 5-10 mins wait. This was perfectly acceptable as I could see them doing their best to seat everyone and treat each customer fairly.

I did not have to wait long for service as water and my order was taken. Even busy our waitress still provided great customer service and funny banter. She was able to offer suggestions on what would be best for the price when I asked for an extra item which would have cost me double the price.

The food came out much quicker than I expected. Delicious and well cooked. I enjoyed every bite.

Bathroom was clean and well kept.

Overall I enjoy my time at this diner. Definitely will be returning.

Been going here for roughly about 10 years ever since I was a kid, and I’ve never stopped loving it.
The food is great, the cooks are great, and the waitress here (i kinda forgot her name, which is funny since I’ve known her for so long) is extremely sweet.

Needless to say, this is my favorite diner in bridgeport. Absolutely love this place.

While driving to visit our son two days before Christmas, we found this place just off interstate 90. The food was a great selection of both classic breakfast and lunch dishes. We both had rubber sandwiches, mine with corned beef, my husband's with pastrami - delicious!!!. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a great sit down meal a step above fast food.

Delicious Eggs Benedict and Eggs with Corned Beef Hash, and a homely diner atmosphere. The host was really friendly too.
Quite busy on Father's Day as expected but, it was only a 5-10 minute wait.

Amazing little hole in the wall diner. The quality is better than I expected even better than many restaurants lol. Clean and not greasy at all!! The waitress was very very sweet and the chef was an older man who makes delicious omelettes!! We found this place on Google while we were in Fairfield CT looking for a diner to have a quick breakfast before heading back to grand central on metro north. Only 5 minutes away!! We will be back for sure.

First time visitor: Loved this place! Good coffee, great food! Hash was great, cheese blintzes were delish! Usual fare and some great specialty items to boot!! Go often and work your way through the menu...family owned...

Fast and Delicious. Eggs Florintine, French Toast, and Veggie Omelet w/ spinach, mushrooms, black olives, came with awesome home fries. Good coffee and great service from Patrice, but call her Patty!

Open for dine-in! Same great food! Partitions between booths. Staff and guests wearing masks. Menus posted. Feels very clean. Same friendly service!

The people that run this restaurant are so lovely and accommodating. They make going out to a town diner into a nice experience because they are very attentive.
