Lice Treatment Center Darien

I wish I could give Lice Treatment Center of Darien 10 Stars. I was so freaked out when I first learned my daughter with the thickest hair had gotten lice. I called in a panic. Liz was amazing. Kept me calm and got me an appt the very next day. Maria the technician was an angel. She was patient,kind, informative,honest and extremely good at her job. I highly recommend and feel so much better because of them.

We had a very good experience in Darien. We were a big family where they took the time to look at each of our heads very carefully. Fortunately only 2/7 had the lice. I highly recommend LTC of Darien. You’ll feel much more confident afterwards…and relieved!!!

We had used the Lice Treatment Center years ago and found ourselves needing their services again last week. Liz immediately calmed me down when I called at almost 8:00 at night and sent Laury to our home. She was lovely and sweet, and even better efficient and made a tough process bearable for my 3 girls, my husband and myself. I absolutely recommend their services, hands down!

The lice treatment center sent Jasmine to my house and hour after I got off the phone telling them about my problem. She was professional and efficient. The all-natural product that you used to really worked. When I told them that I have to go home to Connecticut for the weekend and my sister wouldn't let me in the house without getting re-checked they told me "no problem," you can come into our Darien office and we will check you.
I hope that I do not get lice again but if I do I would never consider calling anyone else for help. They were awesome.

We worked with the LTC twice this year, once in the winter and again in the spring. Thankfully, the second time was a "false alarm", but even still, Liz(the owner) had her team out to our home in a flash. Liz calmly took the time to speak with me over the phone and was there every step of the way. The center itself is clean and the staff professional. I also like how they provided us with a little education on how to treat and prevent. We were grateful to have this service, and would call upon them again if needed.

My family and I are forever thankful for lice treatment center. They are very helpful, knowledge and efficient. Their staff does a great job making their clients feel comfortable and at ease. The treatment process was an ease because of LTC!

After babysitting the same girl for a while, the parents later told me they found their daughter had lice. I previously went to a different lice company but was still itchy so I went to the Lice Treatment Center in Darien where they stated I still had lice. They were able to rid me of lice while being very professional. The office was clean and the technician was very comforting while treating me. Would highly recommend

My 7 year old contracted lice at her school. Soon, it became a family affair. The LTC was quick to respond to my need for help. Maria was kind, thorough, and great with my kids. I'm thankful for all the help, and the natural products the LTC uses.

Great products! We use it for our non washable sport equipment. Masks (helmets). Highly recommend to all sport clubs and coaches for their everyday practice. Thank you, Lice Treatment Center for your help in oir business!

Fantastic people, life savers . We were recommend by a friend and it was spot on. How understanding and responsive they were. No better company to use.

Great Office and Friendly Staff

Please be careful when using lice treatment center to diagnose a lice infestation. They are very good at removing nits and bugs in the case of an actual lice infestation. We have used this service for that in the past and they did a great job. We recently asked them to check to see if anyone in our family had lice. That, however, was a different experience. Ultimately, we were treated for lice and did not have it. When we brought it to the attention of the owners, we were met with hostility. Of course mistakes happen and that does not mean there is intentional wrong doing, but this is a great reminder that services like this are incentivized to treat for lice, whether you have it or not.
Based on our experience with the owners in this instance, I am expecting a response to this review that will, at the very least, dispute what I'm writing. Please keep in mind that, while I have nothing to gain by writing this, they have every incentive to try to discredit my review. Thank you.

Apparently they can only help with head lice, as someone with a lot of body hair and feel like its more than i can handle on my own..... I'm rather disappointed and have been left hanging...

its understandable to a degree, ya know? but if i have lice in my eyelashes and stuff what am i really supposed to do ? i can hardly see them let alone take care of them across my entire body on my own...

sort of a let down....
