Main Wah Restaurant

Our family ordered multiple items off Main Wah, we highly recommend the fried wings, skewers, and short ribs. These were the best items of the bunch, especially the beef skewers.

The food is pretty great, I decided to check them out while I was dropping off a package at UPS. I'm glad I did. Decent amount of food and delicious vegetable fried rice. Can't wait to try more!

The store front is nothing to Wright home about but there Chinese food is the best there fast, portions are big and the service is great! Also price of food is affordable

My family and I were craving chinese food and decided to give Main Wah a chance. Normally, the camera eats first for me but I couldn't help trying the food out once I opened the container because of the smell. When I remembered to take photos, I have already devoured my food. It was delicious, fresh and would definitely order again. So happy I tried it out.

I've been ordering from Main Wah for years and the food is always delicious. Tonight I ordered my usual chicken and broccoli. I'm so glad I ordered a large one because tonight's was exceptionally phenomenal!!! The broccoli and carrots were so fresh and crisp, the sauce on point. Great job Main Wah!!! The owner is super friendly. The entire staff is great. Place is very clean. Portions for the price is incredible. My favorite Chinese food place.

This has been my place for savoring Chinese Food. They are very diligent preparing the food and always on time.

excellent staff, so great on the phone when i called. theyre chicken teriyaki with pork fried rice is an amazing deal. also make sure to try the sugar donuts. Melissa is an excellent worker and deserves a raise. She was extremely kind and helpful. this store is my new favorite chinese restaurant. do not miss out!!!!!!

The only place I order my Chinese food from, they have been serving for a while in stratford and also are very clean, nice and quick with their orders. They stay open late and even waited for me once when I couldn’t get there before closing due to trafffic. Nothing but nice people work here at main wah and their management are constantly making new items for their menu. I recommend getting their sesame seed chicken with pork fried rice and a root beer 👍🏽

Best Chinese Food in town, it's pricey but well worth it. Fresh food, establishment is nice and clean, friendly owners. And they don't restrict you on how much condiment you can have unlike some places where they give you one or two. Great place go there all the time.

This reminded us of the food made by Chan's who had resturaunts in Monroe and Norwalk back in the 80ss and 90s. So happy to try this place. Sesame beef combo platters, fried dumplings, mixed vegetables, and scallion pancakes.

Absolutely favorite Chinese place! Love the owner, he’s a sweet and caring person, which you can taste in the food. And their chicken in garlic sauce is delicious! Definitely recommend you give this place a shot!

BEST chinese food around. yes they are pricey but you get what you pay for. wings are seasoned and decent sized not bland at all. very flavorful. YUM!

Grew up in Stratford. Moved to Manhattan 10+ years ago. Have eaten in high end Asian restaurants around the globe. Good but never great. Know why? My childhood corner take out blows them away. Visiting Stratford for Labor Day ordered moo shoo and combo. Amazing quick great friendly service. Amazing. Urge you to order some of the high end specialties too. They beat NYC Chinatown at 3 times the price. Thanks Main Wah and family. The best!

The general tsos chicken is the best in the entire state of Connecticut. The white rice is of premium quality and tastes like no other Chinese food place. Blown away with the food each and every time

My favorite Chinese spot in Stratford/Bpt.. Trust me I had my share of Chinese restaurants coming from NYC.. P.S. kitchen was really clean and they have a complaint number if u don't like the food .. Never ever seen that anywhere!

This is the best hole in the wall takeout Chinese food in Fairfield County. try the cream cheese wontons.. OMG. Their Singapore Chow Main fun is the best as well.
