Got box braids today. I bought my own braiding hair and at first was nervous about paying $220 for the service while booking the appointment (in NYC you typically just walk in, negotiate a price and pay at the end of the service) but the professionalism from Tamara was on point and so are my braids. I will update with how long the style holds because that’s the true test. But I am satisfied and have every expectation I’ll be a return customer.

I received compliments from total strangers who wanted to know who did my hair. I will definitely be back. The location is also nice!
