Splash Car Wash

I can not express how pleased I was with the interior detailing which Ever G. performed on my car. The car’s interior was basically coated in a thick coating of mud after spending a year being used at a muddy property. Ever did such a great job, the inside of the car looked like it just came off the showroom floor! I highly recommend Splash’s detailing service! I wish I had before and after pictures to truly show how much detail went into this cleaning!

I used 5 Star detail service for an interior job. Easy to book. Very nice people at Splash as always and Ever, the gentleman who did the work, was very customer focused. The work was great, best I have had, especially on the windows and dashboard. Only caveat is it might take longer than the expected time (I went on a weekend). Would highly recommend 5 Star and Ever.

The specific location is especially recommendable because of the people that work here and the efficiency of getting in and out easily and quickly. They do the job well they use it for products that are harsh. I have never left here unsatisfied.

I'm an unlimited monthly member and really pleased with everyone and the job that they do at this location. There's just something great about having a clean car. I usually come by once or twice a week to get just an exterior wash (I have a black car that gets parked outside so it gets dirty fast!) and everyone is always kind, welcoming and hardworking. If they ever miss a spot, just let them know and they're happy to run it through the wash again! I love that they use hot wax to really make the car shine.

The team here takes their time, great work all around. Pleasure to come here for a wash! Also FiveStar team is great too.

Car came out nice, excellent actually. Except for the fact I had a rag in there, and they decided to take the rag I washed and replace it with a dirty wet green one.

Just writing this so management can talk to the crew. Doesn't matter if it's a rag, but they took something that wasn't theirs and that's how things escalate to non trivial things. They left the dropped coins behind, so I'm sure that's a policy. I'll take this review down in 2 weeks so that management reads it, and addresses it.

Update: I appreciate that management immediately addressed this issue, and I'm sure the employees are on their A game now.

Luis the greeter at Splash car wash Cos Cob is quick, friendly, respectful, and dependable. He always greets me with a smile. Cesar always dries my car with a smile and takes extra care to clean my wheels will lots of tire shine!!! Dianna cleans the interior of my car expertly. No streaks on my windows and all dust removed!!! The best!!!

I highly recommend this car wash! The service is amazing and my car is always clean and shiny. The washes and details are impeccable. I’ve been coming here for years and my experience is always a good one. The staff is super friendly as well as the manager who always makes me feel welcome. I will not be going to another place for my car services.

You have great people working at the car wash in Cos Cob, starting with Luis who is the first one you encounter when coming in, who is always cheerful and does a great job, also Wilson who is very attentive and always very thorough, and as you come out, Cesar is always making sure the car was properly dried and takes care of the final touches. Trevor and his team in the Detailing Department at Splash in Cos Cob did an amazing job with my detail appointment. I went in with the “complete five star detail” package and came out with a brand new vehicle-not a single piece of sand or dust could be found. My car was covered in tree sap, scratches, and upholstery stains. Mud was caked to the floor. I really wasn't sure how much they'd be able to do. But they were easy to schedule. And once they saw the car and understood it might take longer than the originally estimated time, they were happy to adjust and get me done with just a few extra hours. And honestly, not that much more money. my car now looks and feels new again. Great job!
