AT&T Store

This is by far the best AT&T location I’ve ever been to! I came in early for a phone upgrade and was met with a smiling face ready to help. Diego was the best! He immediately helped me and answered all my questions. He was super knowledgeable and got everything done so fast! I won’t be going to any other locations after this awesome experience!

Diego was so helpful today!
My phone was switched somewhere during transit when I sent it in for a trade in.
Hours of calls with customer service took me nowhere.
I seriously thought I have to switch to a different service provider after being with AT&T for as long as I remember.
Thank goodness for Diego, he immediately looked into the situation and provided me with the best, professional and efficient customer service ever.
Thanks to Diego, I am going to stay with AT&T. And I will always do business at this location.
I have to say, I've always had great experiences at this location.

As others have said, Diego is very helpful! Smart and on point without being pushy. If you have questions about your phone or service, this is the place to go!

Diego was fantastic!!! Went in with a slight issue transferring cellular to a new phone. While it took me two hours at home and fail it took him less than 10 minutes in store to fix it. He helped to guarantee I would use this store again!

The level of service is excellent the guys I know on first name bases Brandon and Esteban have been a great experience to me especially, that I have difficulty navigating technology. My family has used AT&T forever. I recently needed to do a simple change of billing responsibility for one line. After several hours on the phone with various customer service representatives, I was pretty sure I was going to be finding a new wireless provider. So happy I stopped into this store. Brandon had it taken care of in 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the difference between plans and even helped me save money on my monthly bill.

Stopped in for a screen protector and was greeted by Esteban and Brandon who were very friendly, helpful and professional. Esteban did an amazing job installing my screen protector, he made my day! Thinking seriously of switching to AT&T. Thanks guys, stay safe!!!

Got my new phone last week. Store did a good job promotion social distancing and safety for the workers and customers. Esteban got me my new phone set up and transferred everything over. He did a great job. I wont mind going back there even though there are other stores closer to where I live.

Visited twice -- once to update our AT&T wireless plan, and the second time with a technical question. In both cases, we received prompt, helpful, courteous service from the guy in charge. Plus the location is convenient to our house, and parking is free and easy. Highly recommended!

Ran over an iPhone with an excavator. Brought it in to the AT&T Store in Cos Cob and the staff was very helpful. Brandon helped me the first time and went in for a second destroyed phone and Julianna helped me. Very satisfied.
