I recently contacted PCS about the carpet buckling issues in my living room and hallway. I spoke to Luke who scheduled an estimate with Amy, the company co-owner, and Amy educated me on the possible causes of the buckling, explained the re-stretching process and provided an estimate. The two technicians who were sent out to re-stretch the carpets were hard-working, courteous, professional and I appreciated their attention to detail especially during cleanup. The results are amazing!! I am glad that I found a company like PCS who stands by their work and values me as a customer!

Professional Restoration Systems has worked for us twice over the years and each time they not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations. Both instances were urgent in nature, one due to basement flooding and another due to mold from a water leak. The initial calls were both answered immediately and the problems were subsequently resolved in a timely manner and at a fair price. Amy and Curtis are professional, polite and knowledgeable. They readily listened to all our questions and concerns and provided a cost effective plan to resolve our issues. Their team was also very knowledgeable and did great work leaving the work area immaculate each day when done. We recently had a question regarding mold and they again answered our call and question immediately - resolving our concern by FaceTiming with us. We highly recommend them for your restorative needs.

We just had the carpets cleaned in the whole house. They were pretty dirty. Now they look like brand new. The technician arrived in the time range I was given and he was super nice and easy to communicate with. The whole service took less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this company. I’ve had another company previously and they didn’t do this great of a job.

We used PRS after our basement flooded. Curtis was here the same day it happened to pump out the water. Two days later his crew arrived as scheduled. They removed and disposed all of the damaged items, furniture, boxes, etc. They washed and disinfected the basement. They were totally professional, courteous and caring. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I would use them again without question. Thank You PRS.

What a great team! I live in SC and called to have my parents rugs cleaned back home in CT (they are elderly). PCS was out there as quick as a wink, cleaned an upstairs wall to wall, took a 10x12 Persian rug and two 3x8 hall rugs away to be cleaned. They delivered them back in record time and they look fabulous. Amy stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on and let me know when they were reinstalled. The price was more that reasonable, my folks were extremely pleased with how everything looks and we will definitely use PCS again! Highly recommended. Great value. Awesome customer service.

I highly recommend this company. Due to unfortunate basement flooding I had this company at my house twice in a month. Both times the calls were answered quickly and a crew was at my house in a very reasonable time the same day. Everyone I've spoken with or that was at the house was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job explaining each step of the process as well as the time frame. Each incident was completed start to finish in 1 week and each time looked as if nothing happened. I would not hesitate to call this company again if needed.

We've used Professional Carpet Systems once a year to clean our carpets and upholstery. We have three dogs who pretty much have the run of the house...sometimes leaving gifts. And we have a 25-year-old white wall-to-wall carpet. They do an excellent job setting up appointments, giving fair estimates and cleaning and deodorizing all our carpets, making sure everything is back in place when they leave. The staff is great.

This was my second time using Professional Carpet and once again I was thoroughly pleased. I called on short notice and they took care of me the very next day. Walter came out and priced the service before quickly taking care of it. Awesome service and super reasonable prices.

Besides the cleaning they also re-stretched the carpet and did an excellent job. Looks like new. Very professional, polite and explained about drying time and when we could use the rooms. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Al came out today and was fantastic. He looked at everything, measured it and gave me a price before starting. He made quick work of all of my carpet and it came out looking brand new. All in all I think the price was very reasonable and I am beyond happy with the service. Barbara in the office was great too!

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine. I contacted them about mold remediation. Two people came to my house at different times to look at the problem. They were prompt and very kind and knowledgeable. They promised to get back to me with a quote.

There was no quote for about two weeks. I called to get more information about the quote. That day, it was finally sent. When I asked when the project would begin, I was given an excuse about the storm that happened in August. I was understanding despite me inquiring about the remediation prior to the storm. I was told that I would receive a call from the manager to set up an appointment. This occurred in August, and it is now January. There is still no call!!

UPDATE: Amy reached out to me and we were able to work things out. The team came and finished the task. The staff was able to describe the procedure and the products they were using. Even what to expect after. They were able to provide recommendations to prevent the problem from recurring.

I'd like to thank Amy, Curtis, Victor, and one other gentleman whose name I can't recall right now for helping to turn this experience around.

Amy and her team are very professional, courteous, and put customer first. The quality of service is top notch. After the service, our area rugs came out looking brand new. I have worked for PCS for almost 9 years now. I have met so many wonderful people and speak with some great people (who have become friends) everyday on the phone. The Bloxam family has taken me in and treats me as one of their own. They are great people to work for and conduct their business in a professional manor. They run a fantastic business and their clients are the best! The staff, my co-workers are wonderful too! Everyone is very dedicated to making sure our clients are happy with our services!!! Service was excellent and I was very pleased with the results .......i was told it was pet safe products when I inquired before setting up an appointment however when I called to inquire for ingredients in the solution that they used to see if all 4 pets could be having an allergic reaction after the job was done because of intense scratching, all that they wilI tell me was it is all non toxic. I asked if they could come back and do a rinse and was told they don't do that. 3 large rooms and 2 large couches $$$
The company has contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding from the staff that I spoke with. They complied with my request for the list of ingredients in their product and also agreed to come out and give the carpet a rinse to help alleviate the problem.

We got an area rug and an entire room done and very satisfied with service and results. Highly recommend.

Excellent "Professional" carpet cleaning experience at my place of work. The dining room rug was badly stained with an ugly traffic pattern. Their service personnel arrived promptly, as scheduled, efficiently used their mobile steam equipment removing every stain, leaving the room fresh smelling and the brightened rug was barely damp.
NO STICKY RESIDUE left behind. We have been pleased with their area rug pickup/delivery service, also. I highly recommend their friendly, courteous service that is reasonably priced.

I'll never forget it, it was a Saturday my husband was going to paint the Den and to our surprise he made a shocking discovery! We had WATER DAMAGE the type of damage where the entire wall needs to come down from ceiling to floor and the carpet had to be removed from the water damage and all the mold! "Who you gonna call?" Well we called Professional Restoration Systems and we are so happy we did the owner, Amy Prihoda, is amazing she came out the same day to assess the damage. Her team came out immediately to start the remediation. The process took roughly 2-5 days, and Amy facilitated all the vendors that we needed in order to get the entire job done! She even handled the insurance claim and dealt with our homeowner's insurance company! They are hands down professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!
