Him and his team replaced windows at a rental property in a matter of a day. He sent photos throughout the day of the install progress and was extremely professional throughout the job. Preference construction did an awesome job. I had a fence done in my back yard and it was done very professional and I had no worries. I had a great experience working with them we are now planning on a deck job.

I called Steve in January for a leak in my patio/shop, and he came out right away to check it out. We agreed that the weather wasn't safe for his crew yet to be doing a big repair on my roof so he did a quick patch job to hold me over until the spring when they could return and fix it for real. The patch has held up this whole time whereas previous contractors had not been able to keep the water out so I knew Steve actually knew where the water was coming from. The problem was a balcony that I had hired a different company to close up and turn into a closet, but they did not wrap the enclosure in Tyvek under the siding nor did they install any flashing! True to his word, Steve returned with a crew in the spring to rebuild the outside of the closet. They were done in one day and used quality materials for a reasonable price. He is definitely my go to contractor now!

We met at the property with the owners made a deal very competitive pricing. In a few days they came out finished roof in one day cleaned up after job was done. Very professional fast solid work, we will definitely use them again to do more work on our new properties in the near future! Job well done and much appreciated!

I seen these guys work on the project next to a property of mine. I took a picture of the phone number and called Steve right away. They were doing outstanding work when you see these guys working that’s when you know the definition of hard work .
He came looked at our roofing job we made a deal right on the spot and he came and finished the work exactly the day that he told us he would. Before I even gave him the job what I loved about talking to Steve was the fact that he was worried about getting the work done properly and on time not once was he worried about getting the money . He trust it us like we have worked with him for years . I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Stevenson was professional, honest and any issues that presented, he addressed. The workers worked efficiently and clean up was meticulous. We had the main house and the detached roof done. Job was completed in 3 days. My neighbor was so impressed with their observations of the workers and their work, that the following week, they had their roof done as well!
