Grega Painting

Grega Painting simply does outstanding work. They have painted 7 rooms in our house and take great care and pride in their work. Tim scoped the job, provided a timely and fair estimate, showed up at the outset of the job each day and checks in frequently to ensure we were happy and that everything was going well. Every person who was on the various inside painting jobs were kind, hard-working, and diligent. They stand behind their work and make sure you are pleased. We are fortunate to have them as a resource. Highest recommendation!

Tim and team were wonderful to work with - incredibly communicative, helpful in color choice guidance, very diligent with prep work. They also stuck to the promised project timeline, which is always much appreciated. Would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone!

We have used Tim a few times for exterior work. He is honest and stands behind his work. He is also very easy to work with. I would recommend him highly.

I used Grega Painting in the past with great results. BUT... we hired Tim and his crew to come and paint the exterior of our house this summer. And it was a huge disappointment. The sanding was uneven. The paint was sloppy and uneven. They dripped paint ALL over our stonework on our porch and the paint won't come off. They also damaged our new Azek stairs in the back of our house with paint. They tried to fix it too... but it's still horrible looking. They painted all the windows that needed painting shut. They did fix that, but why would professional painters make that silly mistake? They overpainted our glazed windows so they look cruddy and lumpy (did not look like that before). And they put back the shutters on the house incorrectly (hanging at the very top of the window, not from hung from the bottom frame). So now I'm hiring a handyman for $$$ to fix it. But I can't fix the damage the dripped paint caused. And all it would have taken is a simple drop cloth. Why they didn't use them to over parts of our exterior to protect our porch and stairs, I have no idea. But it's ruined. PLUS.... I thought I was getting a professional top-notch job. So I paid for that. Which was much more $$$ than other painters quoted me. But I sure didn't get the quality job I thought I was going to get. I will not hire them again. Tim is a nice guy and very good at communicating, but I'm looking for a good job too. Very disappointed, especially as I saw him as my "go to" painter because of his excellent work in the past. Not anymore.
