I’ve been taking my curls to Mia for about 10 years after expensive bad experiences all over the tri state area!! Mia has curly hair and only cuts curly hair. My hair has never looked better or been healthier. I especially have relied on her expertise as my hair has aged. With naturally evolving frosty white highlights that have changed my hair. She has both reassured me and been able to maintain it’s curls. I’m very happy!! She’s so knowledgeable and only refers products or uses techniques she has used on herself first! I trust her implicitly to be honest and to listen! Treat yourself! You’ll never leave!!

I've been going to Mia for over ten years and even when I tried another, who hacked my hair, she graciously took me back! Mia is a well- trained hair styling professional! She is knowledgeable about all things curly hair and continues to learn new skills to keep up with new technologies. Mia and I have been experimenting and searching for the perfect hair products for my hair for a year now and we've finally found them. I don't know another stylist that would do that! The atmosphere is cozy and friendly and I always feel happy and uplifted when I leave.

Such an amazing curly haircut! Mia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable the moment I walked in the door. I love that she asked me questions to thoroughly understand what I was looking to get out of the service and addressed any concerns I had about my hair. After the cut she took the time to educate me on how to best style my hair at home. I was very happy with how my hair came out and highly recommend her service for curly girls!

If you’re looking for a true professional, with some serious, formal training as a curly hair stylist, look no further. After moving from the city in 2011, I was worried I wouldn’t find someone locally to cut my somewhat difficult (coarse & curly) hair, but what I found is someone who has more depth and knowledge in handling my ‘type’ of hair that went beyond my expectations. It’s not just the cut that Mia assesses… it’s everything from scalp to hair follicles to styling to managing and sustaining, healthy beautiful hair. What I value most about Mia and why I won’t go to anyone else is because she takes her job very seriously, she totally ‘gets’ my hair…AND she truly cares. Mia is THE best!

I found Mia in May of 2021 after an endless number of expensive, terrible, haircuts. During my first visit Mia spent about 45 min. trying to determine how to fix what others had done. At the end of our consult she said I can help you, but we have a long, painful growing out process to get through before you see a difference. I agreed to take the plunge, and for the next seven months she carefully corrected the damage until she was able to cut my hair in a style that not only worked with the curl I have, but looked fashionable, fresh, and AMAZING. Mia is not the stylist for you if you're looking for a bargain price, her years of formal training and experience mean she's expensive. However, if you're looking for someone who is truly an artist with curly hair, there is absolutely no way you can go wrong with her.

I love my short hair thanks to Maggie. She knows how to work with my curls and give me a short look that is fun and stylish. My cut looks great, whether I style it straight or let my natural curls do their thing. She also gives really good advice on taking care of my hair and has done a beautiful job with my color as well.

I finally have the highlights I’ve always wanted and the perfect cut for my hair ....If you have curly hair, frizzy hair, or hard to manage hair you should definitely see Maggie! I’ve been going to Mia for about 4 years and I’ve NEVER wore my hair down or enjoyed having curly hair until she took care of my hair. She’s honest with sharing what needs to be improved on, how will we get there, if you need/don’t need something, Which I really appreciate. I basically just do whatever she tells me because I know she’d never steer me wrong. Recently, she also started doing my highlights and shared the ins and outs of the strength of products that we need to use, color scheme, how changing products to something gentler as curly hair is more sensitive will help me get my hair in a healthier state. Always up front about cost, although for me it doesn’t stop me from getting what I need because again, would never steer me wrong and it’s SO worth it!

I had been going to New York City for my haircuts and I have to say my hair cuts from Mia far surpass the curly style specialist I was seeing. She always takes the time to listen and do what’s best for my hair at the time of the cut. I have never been happier with my hair she’s the best!

Maggie at dSabrina is a talented artist. Mia has been cutting and coloring my hair for years. I feel extremely comfortable going to D. Sabrina Salon during the pandemic. They go beyond CDC requirements. Even under regular circumstances they have impeccable hygiene protocol in place. Mia and her sister Sabrina and Maggie are awesome!

This salon the best. My curly hair has never looked this good. People stop me to ask who styles my hair. After 60 plus years Mia has given me the perfect cut. I have been very careful during covid but feel very safe at D. Sabrina salon. They have gone above and beyond in sanitizing.

I found Mia in 2018 when my hair was a HOT mess. She promised me she would take care of me and she absolutely did. She took my hair from a zero to a ten!! She really listened to me, understood what I wanted and saw my vision. I absolutely love her and will keep going to her for as long as I live in the area!

I've been going to get Sabrina's pedicure's for months, and they have dramatically helped my feet! I get ingrown toenails regularly, and Sabrina is the only person I know of that has the expertise required to fix them. She makes sure that the process is as painless as possible. This is no typical pedicure---go to her if you need a *medical* pedi that can begin the healing process!

I've been going to Mia at D'Sabrina Salon for about 7-8 years now. Nobody else can make my curls look as amazing as she does!
