Margaret Nipar Upton Mirowski was our Agent. My first home buying process was unconventional. The difficulty and hardships the seller put us through added huge financial and mental stress, not just for my wife and me but for my team... to the point we were going to file legal action. With that being said I am beyond grateful for Margaret. She was very conscientious, highly experienced, and professional. The deal was only made because of how hard Margaret exhaustively fought for us. I knew I was in good hands with Margaret. Hands down I wouldn’t recommend any other realtor if you’re looking to buy a home. Margaret has helped me and several other friends find the perfect home. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!!

Helene Daly was our agent and she was fantastic. We were first time home buyers and she lead us through a tough market. She knew exactly the kinds of things we were looking for and eventually found us the perfect home. We are grateful for her help and we would recommend her to anyone that wants an experienced agent with a great sense of the housing market in Fairfield county -- and wants to have fun.
Also in the BHHS office -- Brian Jones helped us with our mortgage. He was also a huge help. He showed us different products to choose from and helped us decide what worked best once we found the home we loved. He was professional, creative, straightforward and very helpful answering all of my first time home buyer questions.
They have quite a team in that office and I'm so glad we chose them for our first purchase.

Roseanne Ganim was our agent when we were searching for a rental in Fairfield County. She helped us find the perfect place that met all of our wants and needs. She was very attentive, experienced, and professional. Would definitely recommend working with her!

We had a wonderful experience working with Carol McCullough from BHHS in the Fairfield area. She was energetic, helped us stage our house, gave us sound advice throughout the process and worked incredibly hard to help us sell in the timeframe we were hoping to. A+++!!

DO NOT TRUST!!!! The realtor Tony Martins and the landlord he works with assured me and four other girls we had gotten a house. We had sent the security deposit in full, sent in the application, and were making an appointment to sign the lease. The landlord told us to our faces we can start moving our stuff in May 17th. At 9pm tonight (May 15th) they told us they had sold the house, leaving several of us with no where to go in just two weeks. He is completely untrustworthy.

I rent an apartment in Fairfield Connecticut. I was supposed to move on February the first from NY. When I arrive at the new apt with all my stuff ready to move in. The apartment wasn’t ready. There was a hole on the floor, there was no doors on the kitchen cabinets, the bathroom sink was crack, the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor. The realtor Pamela Toner offered me an office in the same building as a temporary solution while they fix the apartment. There was no kitchen. I had to wait 5 days to get the heat working. I was promised a heater while they fix it. Never got it, I was promised a small stove so I can cook. Never got it. After a month living in an office I find out that no one started working on the apartment. After another month I got a call from the maintenance guy laughing and telling me the apt was ready. It wasn’t ready. After 2 months living in an office with everything on boxes I'm not in the mood for jokes. Is been almost for months and still have no mailbox key and no doors in the kitchen cabinets and no one takes responsibility.worst experience ever. Unprofessional and very disrespectful.
