Property management is not kept up to senior housing standards. Needs alarm and electrical update. Windows need caulking and possibly new windows. Back step outside backdoor is Not the right size for housing code. As a senior complex it does not have a maintenance person on site. This complex should be seen by a State Representative who works with senior facilities and have a Thorough inspection of each apartment and being able to get the proper maintenance done. I am speaking as a Former Property Manager for over 20 years and my statement is written from experience. I Do not own this Property.
