Everyone is very attentive and always takes the time to return calls/emails, answer questions and review all of our policies each year for renewal, regarding cost and coverage. They also offer recommendations based on current cost or lifestyle changes, rather than letting the policy simply roll into the new period without any communication. Carl returned my call with answer's to questions that were out of Tracy's field of expertise. I'm not currently one of their insured clients but hope to be soon. I am not one to shop for cheap prices. I look for customer service and will pay more for the value of the item and/or the service provided.
