The best customer service EVER! The young gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in helping his customers.

Update: I had to back to BSW hair to get more braiding hair for my daughter. I was hoping to see the same young man, because he was so wonderful. Unfortunately, he wasn't there. I believe the owner of the establishment was the one who helped me. He was amazing as well! I love shopping here. They have so many fun things!!!! I bought cute hair clips for my two younger daughters to use on their American Girl Dolls! YAY!!!!!! Wait, and a little wave brush for my hubby!!!!! It is so cute and tiny. He said, he'll use it on his beard!

I found BSW through a Google search. I was looking for sandy blonde ombre braiding for box braids. They have quite few selections. And the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service.

This store is amazing on every level possible !!! There's upstairs and downstairs hair shopping ! If you can think it they definitely may have it ! The place is on a main street,they have great costumer Ser,vice that made me feel like I had a private personal assistance from start to finish and answered each of my questions like a experienced ,well informed on the products and saved me time and Money! Best place to get all your hair needs especially hair. They have a wide range selection and in various colors from dark to light, amber and bright.

This is one of the nicest beauty supply stored in Hartford. The stuff is courteous and very helpful. The rewards card is the best. Ive been shopping here on a regular basis for all of my hair supplies. The prices are low and the product is still quality.

There are hundreds of wig stores such as this around and they may vary on what they carry. I've been going here since they first opened. And they've improved a lot. The display counter and wigs have really stepped up. There's whatever kind of hair you may need. Make-up, jewelery, hair products, etc. Something for everybody at reasonable prices. And they're about 4 mins. From downtown where restaurants and all other stores are located.

Prices are decent, whenever i feel like playing with hair the Avenue is the quickest move for me and their lashes prices aren't bad either... They always have the lenght and color hair i want at the time i want it and the style of lashes as well. Bsw is the bomb for that quick last minute 1 stop 2 shop 4 all 4 the low...

I love bsw they are very helpful and friendly .. I love the fact that you get points. sometimes I get $5 - $10 dollars off my purchase , you could even get more off if you let your points add up.. very affordable hair and nice lace fronts..👍👍

I love that they now have a whole area in the basement for braiding hair. It's so spread out and has everything I could be looking for at great prices. Thank you BSW for outdoing yourself again!

I absolutely loved this place. The workers were kind. The hair was cheaper than usual. Not to mention the hair lasts. They also have hair products inside, if you're intrested in that.

I am THE WORST CUSTOMER! However the BSW team always always assist me with a SMILE! I am the cheap charley customer but thats the only place in all of Hartford i can go and jump into my 5 hair box. I live in East Hartford and i take two buses to get to BSW. They are professional n my personal hair product advisors. I appreciate u ladies n i give u 6 stars.

I haven't been at their store but im looking at their prices at their Instagram page and it's amazing I'm looking at hair heaven right now! I can't wait to go!
