Seamless deal from ordering to delivery! My salesman, Denis Smith, was great to deal with! The product itself, we couldn't be happier with. It's a nice looking structure that lives up to it's reputation. Days after constructing ours (40'w x 30'd), we had a wind storm of 70-80 mph. No affect to the structure at all. Top notch quality. Very happy all around. When I need another one, I will call ClearSpan for sure!

Matt Schulte was wonderful to work with - completely responsive and knowledgeable. My site was tricky to deal with but the installation crew was creative and made it happen. Great company to deal with.

Excellent Team, Excellent Products, Excellent Structures

We purchased a 34 x 40 Clearspan canopy structure to cover salt. We spent quite a bit of time and money assembling it in 2019 (it took three days) and it collapsed (failed) two years later, just out of warranty range. We investigated the collapse and found that all the joists failed. We believe it was due to inconsistent pipe wall thickness, which is quality control. When we called Clearspan they said it was an act of God, like a hail storm denting your car, or a tree hitting your house. But it was minimal snow and to us this was a huge expense. Therefore, we do not recommend this product to anyone.

Our farm purchased a clearspan building and spent over $100K to install. It has lasted many years until this year on which the center collapsed on on our farm vehicles and machinery. Also due to the nature of the roof it is not insurable. I wish we would have used steel.

I loved my arena until 7 years into its 15 year warranty the fabric began to tear. Scaring the heck out of myself and my horse. When I called the company I was told the repair would be in excess of $30,000. I paid $170K for the structure and the repair WHILE STILL UNDER WARRANTY was going to be in excess of $30,000? For $200K I could have built a beautiful arena building which would have lasted more than 7 years. Do yourself a favor and move on, this company does not have the warranty they tell you they have when you are purchasing their product. I'm disgusted.

I was not impressed with the professionalism of their staff and quality of their work.

On the first day of work (one of the days I was supposed to be off), the crew was over 2 hours late, and they did not reach out to me to tell me that they would be arriving late. I had to continually call them to receive new updates on when they would arrive. To make matters worse, when they finally arrived, the crew was not wearing proper PPE (personal protective equipment). The crew then tried to tell me that the reason they were late was because they were getting an oil change. I called the company they said they received an oil change from; however, the company that they said they went to was closed because it was labor day. No work was completed on the first day.

The next day, I received a call from their Assistant Construction Manager asking if the site was ready for the crew to come in and work. I then told him that his crew was already at the facility. The manager had no idea that his crew was already here. Throughout the entire project, the crew tried to take shortcuts and did not communicate well with their manager. They tried to place non-treated 2x4's in between concrete blocks to shim the wall, tried to use blocks with honeycombs for structural supports (which their engineering team said was not allowed), and tried to pull the canvas on a windy day causing tears in the fabric. There were a couple of occasions when the foreman told me that he would remove structurally unsound blocks from the wall, but he left them in place. On the day they were to put the roof on, he told me that I had to call his manager if I wanted the blocks, he told me he would remove, removed. Luckily, I took pictures of these blocks and could show the manager that these blocks were structurally unsound and had to be removed. The manager agreed and the crew removed the blocks.

Company waited until after we gave a deposit to send an amendment relieving them of the warranty.
