I highly recommend using Felix Painting.  Renato and his staff are very professional and will get back to you right away.  They painted the exterior and replace some of the wood rot.  They did a great job and left the area very clean when they were finished.  I will definitely use them for the interior when we are ready.

I would like to share my experience with Felix Painting LLC! I own a non smoking rental property and had a tenant move out. I had the new tenant moving into the property within 7 days. Upon inspection of the property the old tenant had been smoking within the home. One of the bedrooms was permeated with a strong odor of cigarettes. I tried everything to remove the odor. I called many painting companies to paint the room. No one would accommodate me to get the job done within my short time frame. Nor did I receive any prompt call backs regarding the painting job.
I contacted Felix and he was absolutely wonderful. He contacted me right away. He explained to me exactly what the job would entail and told me he would get back to me with a quote and time frame! Well he did call me back in the time frame he told me with the information. I hired Felix Painting for the job. The painting job was completed within 3 days.
His crew was great! They were punctual and very neat. The price I paid for the job was very reasonable and the painting was perfect! What a great experience! Renato and his team were exceptional. Not only were they swift in getting us a quote for our VIP client, but they delivered on time despite a few surprises coming up during the renovation process. Renato is relaxed, professional and incredibly affable and his crews are just as focused and courteous as well. You can often tell a great contractor/tradesman by how their site looks when they're not present. No matter the day or what work was being done, Renato and his team always had the site organized and clean--so clean in fact that we were able to still show the space to prospective buyers during the construction. We now use Renato for all of jobs and only wish that he was a bigger GC, as he is truly one of the best we've ever had the good fortune to work with and recommend to our clients.
