These guys a all psychopaths and will do anything to get you out of your house so they can make a quick buck, the owner puts so much pressure on his employees that these agents call me all day 24/7 they do not know how to take NO for an answer they don’t respect that someone isn’t interested in selling their home!!! All day they harass me and force me to sell something I don't want to sell,, im going to try to make a police report or contact some lega advise because im being harassed

If I could give no stars I would. I was taking a shower, blasting my music. The realtor, Rosana Melo had told me the showing was at 2:45. I got out the shower around 5:50, when I opened my door two men were wanndering around my house. The Realtor tried to blame me for the mistake she had made on the time of the showing. Rosana knows I live alone at the house and as a woman she should’ve never allowed such mistake. I’ve never felt so violated in my life.
Her agents ALWAYS show up late to the showings. They also love to show up with out any confirmation and expect you to let them in. She’s very unprofessional and only cares about the money. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS AGENCY.

This group is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting it. My landlord is selling the house that I rent my apartment out of and the realtors working with him have entered both mine and the tenant’s below me apartments without both permission nor 24 hours notice on multiple occasions. They entered an apartment without knocking and confirming that had children in it. They’ve been turned away for not giving 24 hour notice to enter the apartment and have still shown up and attempted to enter the apartment regardless. This is both illegal and incredibly unprofessional. The people who work here do not care that there are other human beings living in these apartments, they are simply here to attempt to make money. Do not use this group to sell your home if you care about the current tenants living there or if you care about being sued for not following the literal law.

Chris Coco from Century 21 called and asked me to list my house after it had been off the market for a couple of years.
He said he could get me over 400,000 for my house, so I signed on.
He then asked me to take pictures, which I thought odd since my previous Realtor had them done professionally, but I complied. Two weeks later he asked me to drop the price, and I said as long as I have options to move to but not before.
He then made a day to show me several houses, but claimed he got a flat tire and said he would come after it was repaired. He gave me the code to enter the first house on the showing but when I arrived, there was no code box, there were two large dogs barking in the large window, and 3 cars in the driveway. I called to let him know my findings and his reply was, I didn’t know about the dogs. So I left.
A couple days later a professional photographer showed up. A day or two after that I decided to go on Zillow to see how the pictures came out, but noticed it had been taken off the market.
Chris never called me to tell me that he was canceling my contract.
I think he thought he would make a quick sale without having to pay for a professional photographer, and when that didn’t happen he decided to move on.
I don’t believe he ever intended to show me any of those houses that day.
A true Shyster!
