Highly recommend this location!! Julian was great! Very helpful and patient with my multiple questions :)
I didn't get his co-workers name but he was also so nice and informative.
They made the new phone process very easy.

Today I came in to have my phone fixed and Kevin the manager was very polite and super helpful. He helped me solve all my Verizon issues and because of him I will continue to be a loyal customer. Kevin provided an excellent service.

Kevin is so helpful! I appreciate his patience in thoroughly explaining everything to me and taking the time to ensure that I was getting exactly what I need. This is a great location with exceptional staff!

Julian and Kevin were amazing, I went to the Verizon on 55 Westport Ave because my phone was uninstalling apps and not opening saying I had to delete my Apple ID, Julian figured out the issue in seconds which of course was I needed a new phone, he made me an amazing promotion with a tablet and even helped me get setup with the Verizon home internet to get out of cable!!! Amazing store, funny to think the other store talked themselves out of a sale!!

This is the store with the best service and capable people. I drive farther to get here. I live very near the Westport Ave Verizon.I won’t ever go back there. The staff are rude act like ur bothering them if u have a problem with ur phone. This store I just bought a new phone from Julian. He was very competent. He went out of his way to answer my questions. He’s young , I’m sure he has great potential…I hope u appreciate him.

Verizon wireless Norwalk has the most amazing manager Kevin Garcia who can fix any issue I have. Kevin has the best customer service and skills. I have known Kevin since he was at the Westport store!

Walked in to the Verizon on main Ave looking for a phone and they provided optimal experience. Safia helped me get into a new phone and made sure I utilized all my promotional credits. Safia Julian and Kevin are a great team and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Julian was a delight! I had issues with my old phone and Julian was good to give me many options and explain the features and pricing. he’s technologically aware and knows all the many specifications about security options and found what best fit me.

Safia and Julian helped me with a connection problem. They were exceptional at assisting with my phone issue and got me set up with a new phone I am very happy with. They went above and beyond for me!

These days, phones are a necessity yet we all experience some level of frustration with Verizon at some point. Well, walk into the Verizon in Norwalk and all of that dissipates.
Julian immediately greeted us even though he was helping a customer. (It always feels good to be seen when there is a line, so I appreciated that) I paid attention to how patient he was to an elderly woman who needed to pay her bill; it was as if it were his own grandmother. Then, when he was helping my daughter and there were no more screen protectors in her phone size, he DROVE TO THE SOUTH NORWALK LOCATION and picked it up for us.
Who does that?! Simply put, I was dumbfounded at this level of customer service. It felt as if life was finally rigged in my favor. Thank you, Verizon; Julian is a gem!!

Julian and Kevin are the best. My old Motorola was causing me issues and Julian found the best deal for me even came with a cool hotspot device love this store always will give my business here you should too!

Verizon store at 572 Main Ave in Norwalk Ct has wonderful management. Jack moved to another store- and Kevin Garcia is their great new manager. Kevin helped greatly with the gremlins of my new phone- quik evaluation, knew exactly what issues were, how to fix and was uber pleasant and engaging!

Jack was awesome! He gave my mother & I exception service when we cane in to switch our service provider & update our phones. Would definitely recommend Verizon all the way!
