Can’t thank Belltown motors enough. My clutch went out and were able to tow it within 1hour. Once they diagnosed it was the clutch they had it repaired within a week. Tom in service was great to work with.

I bought a $2500 car from a East Windsor dealership. Less than 24 hours after purchase the timing belt broke and ruined the whole engine. Dealership was dragging their feet on their offer to fix it. I towed it to Belltown. They gave me a quote, I decided to eliminate the dealership and pay out of pocket. Belltown did a tremendous job! The got me a great price on replacement engine, they put in new thermostat and water pump, housings, replaced various rusted out parts without a price increase. The car runs like brand new. Brought car in for AC charge and alignment, I couldn't get over how much cheaper Belltown was over Pep Boys. Better service and better prices. , Thanks Belltown!

Belltown Auto is the best! They have been taking care of my car needs for years now..I’ve dealt with other shady auto places in the past and have had bad luck..Belltown Auto staff is amazing! After a particularly terrible day I had a tire blow in the middle of the woods on my way home from work. AAA told me it would be nearly 2 hours before someone would be able to get to me. Belltown motors towing had someone out to me in about 30 mins. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick who not only made me feel comfortable but kept me laughing when I needed it most. It takes a special person to make a blown tire a positive experience. He deserves far more then a five star review for his compassion and sense of humor.

My experience with them was really great. I had a blown out tire on the highway and the tow truck driver was there to help me out with in 30 minutes. Unfortunately they didn't have the right size tire for me, but they took the time to check, the 2 different people I spoke with on the phone were really knowledgeable and courteous. If you get in a jam and need a tow and you are in there eastern part of the state I recommend calling them. 🙂

I had my oil changed today, waited for it and they were done within 30 minutes. Previously, I thought my power window was broken, and they diagnosed it as my safety button was activated (how embarrassing), and they didn't charge me anything. Other places would have definently charged a diagnostic charge at least. One reason I keep going back, their honesty.

Everyone there is so helpful. I have had repairs done from accidents, body work, tires put on, regular maintenance and emissions on all of my vehicles from domestic to foreign makes. Tim has always been helpful and guiding when it comes to estimation of service time to finding the best tires and deals. We're lucky to have such a dynamic family owned business in town serving the community!

Came here for my car’s emissions testing, scheduled an oil change while I was at it. Very nice (charming even!) staff and a synthetic oil change is cheaper than Economy Oil (my go-to up until today). I’m glad I decided to give this place a shot. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Great experience with belltown. I’ve gotten them threw triple A twice now, and both times was a good experience. I had a guy tonight, didn’t catch his name (11/6/2020) tow my ford ranger home and couldn’t ask for better service. Very pleased with how knowledgeable, responsive and respectful these workers are.

I recently purchased a car from Matt at Belltown Auto sales and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Prior to my experience with Matt I had dealt with quite a few salesmen at the big dealerships that simply didn't know there stuff. Matt was knowledgeable and not at all pushy, a true straight shooter. The quality of the vehicles at Belltown is top notch and you don't have to worry about getting a lemon. The car I purchased was clean and well serviced upon pickup. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my car from Belltown. For me it was a bit of a drive to get to Matt's lot but it was well worth it. If you something in their inventory catches your eye, go check it out.

Jay at belltown auto had come highly recommened after I was in a little fender bender. I called Jay to set up a time where he could look at the damage ( he was more than accommodating to my hectic schedule). He took a look at it and told me it would be in and out within 1 hour. So we set up a time for me to come back..I had arrived a bit earlier than we agreed on and even then I was out in less than 30 minutes.

I definitely found my new repair shop!

Purchased a 2006 Subaru Baja from Jay at Belltown Auto Sales & Rental. Vehicle was found to be "as advertised". Vehicle had undergone a 27 point inspection and any issues were corrected prior to listing which gave me peace of mind. I think it's a plus that the business is part of a large shop that does repair and body work. They appear to care about reputation and word of mouth so that's a plus. Salesman Jay treated me very well, I would not hesitate to buy from him again.

I movedd here about a year and a half ago with my girlfriend, and her family first recommended Belltown to me. I'm very cautious and skeptical about going to new auto service centers (as I've had a few mishaos in the last with a few) and would always go to a family member who owned his own garage for auto work. I've been to Belltown several times for minor service, such as oil changes, tune ups, and, soon enough, brakes and rotors, and I've always been more than satisfied. Recently I got into my first accidejt after 4 1/4 years driving and had a decent amount of body damage to the drivers side front end of my car. I found the family member I go to doesnt do body work, so I decided to go to Belltown. I worked with Jay through the whole process and I could not ve any happier. He is one of the nicest guys I know and he"s very understanding and passionate. I wasnt able to get to the shop to pick up my car until 10 minutes of 5 and got there and all my cards declined. I went home to get my insuramce check and sadly it didnt clear completely, my own fault. I drove back (in my own car, btw. Jay was incredibly noce enough to let me drive it to get the check and such) and talked it over with Jay and he was incresibly understanding and humble. He sidnt bark or complain that I had him stay 30 minutes after closing or amything. He gave me a ride home as well since I didnt have a ride. Tl;dr, Belltown has some of the nicest staff and they do wonderful work. After my accident, my car looks better than before and even drives better!!!

Have been bringing my vehicles to Belltown for years!!! I wouldn't bring my Jeep anywhere else. If you want high quality work...honest mechanics..in a friendly, caring atmosphere Belltown is the only place to go.

I made an appointment to have am oil changed. I was greeted promptly with a smile. Took me right on time of my appointment. That’s hard to find that in a car place. I will go to BELLTOWN AUTO all the time now for the service.

Jerry and George are the friendliest gentlemen and will help you with whatever you need. Jerry kindly offered to help me search for a vehicle based on things I told him I wanted. Can't find service like this anywhere else. We're lucky to have a business like this in town.
