Absolutely terrible very unprofessional and rude is an understatement. No communication at all they don't answer the phone they don't answer emails its seems to be only about money with this realtor company. I've grown tired of trying to communicate issues ive been having with them. I have no heat no hot water leaking pipes basement leaking sink leaking old windows and I mean old this house is falling apart and they could careless

The service is horrible these people are rude why anyone would want to rent from this establishment is beyond me doesn't sound they care to much.
