This place was really great! First time I'd ever been since they changed the name. Went for a fun night out with my nephews fiance. She's not from the area and I'd really hoped to show her some cool spots. This did not disappoint, even on a Tuesday. We got the loaded tots app and green monster pesto pizza. The tots were a but spicy, but nothing that burned our mouth. Just gave us a few hot flashes and some laughs. But really, the food was Excellent. We were there pretty late, saw the kitchen going home. Even as we were the only 2 ppl left, we'd asked the waitress if we were holding her up and she was so sweet and accommodating, never made us feel like we had to leave. I did tip well as a result. Would absolutely return!!!

Great space, fantastic food, and creative cocktails, including three very nice mocktails. Love the outdoor seating. Food was solid. Service was excellent. A new favorite.

What a great restaurant! Really appreciate that they have some vegan options. Pictured is the Salad pizza, swapped with vegan mozzarella which was delicious. They also have meatless burgers. Love all the train-themed decorations, and the fact that you can see the train go by from most tables!

OMG so happy we found this spot. It is like being in vacation, especially when there's live music outside. The food was fresh and tasty, the fruity drinks are good, the servers are friendly and the vibe is right. Oh and they have misters, so if you just got your hair done, straightened it or blow-dried wear a hat. I cannot wait to go here again.

The cuisine at Notch 8 is amazing. I am especially impressed with Chef James Bernier. World class. I ordered the blackened cod today. It was an eating adventure. Fabulously presented and delicious. Always love the service.

A very nice place with outdoor dining and good food. The Margherita pizza was great along with the spicy honey chicken sandwich. Kids were happy with their Mac and cheese kids meals .

I was sad when I heard Platform was closing but I am now OVER JOYED about Notch8 Grille. The atmosphere is amazing. The food is delish. And the staff... AMAZING! Especially Joe! To say I'm in love is an understatement! If I cannot wait to come back! ❤

Sean was upset that I didn't tip him. Made me pay for my drinks before I was even done drinking them. Tried to explain that I wasnt done. Told me that because I didnt leave a tip that I had to leave. "You didnt leave a tip, so im not serving you". Called me out, and had himself and his girlfriend along with other customers in the establishment involved. Made a whole scene. I was told to leave. SO I was leaving, as he was trying to intimidate me and enticing me to hit him.

Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Notch8 Restaurant & Bar especially Josh, the manager who took my call and made the magic happen, Trevor, our amazingly patient and cool server, and Tony Heslin, for accommodating 27 of us on less than a half hour’s notice. We didn’t know we’d win, and we didn’t know we were going to have a team dinner until late yesterday! We tried to get a spot at chain restaurants that had more space and felt could accommodate that many at the drop of a hat. We were pleasantly surprised that our hometown small business could accommodate us; as bringing the business to our town was just as important as our boys bringing the U13 Boys Southwestern District Championship trophy home. Thank you again! We’ll be back.

Love the atmosphere and great food. The outdoor deck area is very nice outdoor dining option when weather is nice.

The brunch here was PHENOMENAL and the service was even better. We brunch often and it’s hard to find a good menu matched with good service. Josh was our server and provided incredible recommendations as well as made sure our glasses were never empty. We enjoyed the chicken and waffles pizza (A++), steak sandwich and Asian beef stuffed potato as per his recommendations. We will be back for trivia night next week and look forwarded to having Josh as our server again!

Best dinner out at a bar, maybe ever! Amazing sweet potato fries. Interesting crowd, friendly staff. Will be back!

10/10! Menu with lots of options, caters to GF and Dairy Free. The cauliflower crust with vegan mozzarella cheese is by far the closest to Rome pizza I’ve had … will be back time and time again.

This is my third or fourth time here. Service is always great and the food is even better! The pizza I had today was good(it was a nacho pizza). They’re always being creative with their menu items.

Sat in the patio area on a HOT day but they had the misting sprinkler system set up which was heavenly. My dog and husband loved it so much we set up misters in our backyard the next weekend. Beer selection was great, lots of local selection. Food was delicious. Good vibes, good food. Only complaint is we felt rushed and it wasn't busy (at least outside). Would have liked to relax with a few more rounds before we got the check.

Always a great time, whether I'm with the band or just there for a drink and something to eat. Fantastic drinks, food and service.

We had Notch8 cater an outdoor birthday party at our home for 40+- guests on 10/07/23. Despite challenging rainy conditions, they did a great job! In addition to bringing their portable pizza-oven-on-wheels, we ordered a number of separate entres. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed individual custom pizzas along with all the other food. Wouldn't hesitate to use Tony and Notch8 again in the future.

Try the pizza 🍕 incredible! Service is outstanding and the outdoor seating is ideal. One of my favorite places to grab a bite and listen to live music 🎵🎶...that's rite! Love music!!!
