Joray from advance auto parts on 2969 Main Street was extremely helpful went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for. He also took the the to explain and also recommended a product to use to help with what o was doing. Appreciate his help this guy is great.

My battery was old and so I went to this location to have my battery changed. The staff were kind and the service was quick. I recommend this location if you’re needing assistance and want to work with really competent employees.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our windshield wiper broke heading south and we took a detour here. They were kind and even helped wrangle my four year old son (Not an easy feat).

The business always has people who are willing to help and that's not just for this particular store. All the stores have knowledgeable people and always there to answer questions if you have any. I've never had a bad experience with them or any of the Advance Auto stores. Of all the parts stores I visit, I visit them the most. Excellent place to get your automotive needs.

Joray was incredibly helpful. He knew everything. Every question I rattled he had a comprehensive answer. He was really chill too when he responded with so many facts.

Joray was also resourceful, if I had a question, he had an example that can be put in my hands. If I had a budget he was able to maximize the amount of money I could save.

I was super impressed! I had to speak to Melissa his Manager. She was cheerful and had a good attitude. I told her about my speedy experience and she was so proud of Joray. I told her that with Joray’s superior customer service that maybe he should be an example to his colleagues and be a Team Leader. Melissa liked what I had to say because she told me that she was actually looking into promoting Joray if he continues with this performance. At this, I was filled with joy.

I’m from Bridgeport - born and raised - and when I see impeccable service I shout it out. Something I feel is missing from my City.

Good store friendly staff I have use this store for a while they have a large inventory and they had free rental of tools and also they sell snacks.nicely located off the main road.
