This Credit Union is the finest financial institution I have ever done business with.
The are competent, compassionate, and understanding. Whenever I have gotten my self into a financial problem, they are always there to help. No judgment, just concern.
Many banks and even Credit Unions are cold and calculating.
They are none of these.
I recommend ANYONE, whether very wealthy or scraping by, to join this Credit Union.
They are financially savvy and will help you get the most out of your investments.
Above all, they are honest, which is an almost impossible trait for any financial institution.

I really like the personal, concierge experience I get with Finex. The core team has been like that right from the beginning. I never feel like I am a bother. And I know I can be a little extra. There is no doubt in my mind that they treat all of their customers with the same type of professionalism, respect and diligence. I mean they really are on top of things at Finex.

Unfortunately, I cannot recall The name of the lovely young woman who Assisted us in creating new accounts and transferring my father's estate. She was informative and helpful.And we were able to accomplish what we should out to do that day.

Finex is the definition of customer service and customer care, and they will work with you no matter what the situation is. They are honest and personable, and they are also knowledgeable and willing to help. I worked a few times with Josephine, and each of the times she was excellent, quick to respond, and very professional. Great place!

Everyone is helpful here and I have never ran into any issues with this bank. They are very helpful in times of financial difficulties and make great efforts to help. My experience with Finex CU has been and still is as smooth as I could hope for. The whole team is fantastic and Sam in particular has been A huge help in lowering my monthly auto loan.
I refinanced 2 vehicles through Finex and could not get a better rate than what they offered me. If you have multiple loans through them as I do, the app is seamless and so user friendly.

This is a great financial institution & the customer service is top tier! Special thanks to Jasmin who assisted me with notary for important documents. Also, Maria for getting me a new account number because of stolen credentials. These ladies always assist customers effectively and with a smile. They go above and beyond! Ashley, the East Hartford/Walljngford Supervisor is the only reason for my 5 stars and the old Wallingford associates that help to correct errors by new associates that don’t ask any questions at all!!!

I've applied for several loans now and have been approved and gotten the loan in less than a week for every one of them. The interest rates were low as well as the monthly payments. The service is professional and courteous. You get the feeling that they are there to put you first. I'd highly recommend Finex Credit Union to anyone looking for a good banking service to join.

Very professional and supportive service through a purchase of a car: they helped me get interest rates far below what the dealership could offer—and that’s according to the auto dealership’s finance director. Josephine Gonzalez is the best!
