I bought a 2018 BMW 540i Xdrive from Mike. We spoke on a Tuesday and by that Friday I was on my way home with the car. Mike was great, I live about 3:30 hours away and I needed to make sure the car had everything I wanted. Which it did. He made sure the car was there for me. My first BMW and I’m more than happy. Thank you all !

Took my 2018 340i to Bmw of bridgeport for my broken idrive screen. I was dreading having to go through my separate warranty company so i had pushed it off but my service representative tony was an absolute pleasure to work with he went out of the way to make sure the warranty company would cover their portion highly recommend him. My technician P.J took very good care of my vehicle while he worked on it and went in depth on his inspection of my vehicle outside of the problem he was fixing overall fanatic experience.

I've always had amazing service here and they continue to go above and beyond! Chris Hopf is my advisor and he has been outstanding to work with. Great communication and I feel valued as a customer. My 335 is 12 years old and I'm still treated as if I'm bringing in a 2023 model.
In comparison, I do not feel anywhere near this level of customer service when I have brought 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Jeep dealership over the last 2 years.

I recently bought a CPO car from BMW of Bridgeport. I worked with Kat, my sales rep, and others from the dealership who supported Kat throughout the process. From sales manager Mike to Gabby to Wendy, everyone was resourceful, professional and courteous. Kat was extremely responsive with phone calls and emails, to make sure all my concerns were addressed, from my first visit to the dealership to days later when I picked up my car. In fact, I’ve had questions arise since owning the car and Kat has been just as responsive and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with Kat and her team at BMW of Bridgeport.

I live in Stamford CT and I often get asked why I still travel 30-60 minutes (depending on traffic) to Bridgeport BMW. To start, over the years that Ive had various BMWs Conroy has been my go to. He truly cares about helping you in any way he can. Not only did he help me get into my top choice of BMW but has helped in many other ways including helping me compare and lower my insurance, get a loaner when transitioning from my old to new car and making the experience one of a kind. Additionally, I was introduced to management, Joe is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. Any questions I had he did not hesitate to take time out of his busy schedule to speak with me. Last but certainly not least, the service team is unmatched. Tony has been fantastic along with other members of the service team. They always make sure I am taken care of promptly and in and out with out any issues and as fast as possible. This is why I have and will continue to work with BMW Bridgeport.
