A bright, vibrant atmosphere with huge portions of what I might call Mexican comfort food.

From the chips and salad through to entrees and drinks, we simply couldn't face any dessert.

The interior design is absolutely stunning when you first walk in. It just feels so friendly and heart warming, the staff being extremely friendly & nice definitely adds to it. The food I would say is better than your average Mexican restaurant, but not high quality or anything fancy to send home about. It's all very decently priced considering how much you get with your meal.

Beautiful, colorful place with delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine! The burger my kid got was mid at best, but the fries were 🔥 He said it tasted frozen. Go for the perfect and gigantic plates of fajitas, burritos, quesadillas...I HAVE to mention the free chips and homemade salsa! 😋

Came here with a group of people (during covid when places were starting to open up) and the food was very very good. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the drinks were delicious. I think our tables ate a few baskets of chips because the salsa they sever with it is so delicious! Highly recommend!

Also they were wearing masks and the place was very clean!

I was very happy with my meal here. I've been living in Mexico for the past three years and my boyfriend is a Mexican chef. The food here was excellent and definitely comparable to what I've eaten in Mexico. Service was very friendly and the servings are HUGE. The margaritas are very strong - I could only drink one and it was delicious. Overall I highly recommend and look forward to returning on my next trip back to the states!

Festive atmosphere, especially during xmas. Prices reflect the full service experience, free chips and salsa and huge portions. Come hungry! No cheap single tacos on the menu, meals come large and with sides. $15 and up. Very friendly service, enjoyed my spicy margarita. Absolutely swimming with fresh jalapenos!

The margaritas were consistently yummy and so was the food ! The service was also quite good, enjoyed the whole experience, will definitely return!

My visit was an early dinner around 4 pm on Sunday. Party of 3. I drive by this place a lot and have always wanted to stop in. It was well worth it. They were a little busy when I arrived. About 20 people there. Waited about a minute to get seated. While waiting I was able to take in the very colorful and vibrant aesthetics and decorations. Upbeat mariachi music coming from the speakers. In under 5 minutes we had menus, waters, chips and salsa from our friendly server. I ordered the Pancho Burrito. Very generous portion at a very reasonable price. The guacamole tasted fresh and flavorful. The meat inside the burrito was finely grounded and juicy (not fatty). The rice was fluffy and moist. My portion was so big, I ended having half for lunch the next day...still was good tasting. My girlfriend ordered one of the chicken chimichangas . The chicken tasted like it was slow cooked for hours. Juicy and flavorful and not under/over seasoned. Had a good visit here and will come back again. Only negative thing I would say is that I was seated in the booth next to the counter. The phone would not stop ringing which was a little annoying. I take that as a testament to the good food though.

This is our family favorite restaurant. We're from Arizona and often feel homesick in Connecticut, but the crew at Rancho Vejo make us feel right at home! We frequent this restaurant enough that they all say, see you manana. I truly appreciate the customer service and authentic Mexican flavor (and atmosphere). Now, if only I could get them to put my special burrito on the menu 😉

A great Tex Mex restaurant.. great Tacos Al Pastor.. the Margarita was perfect.. the server was attentive and conscious of timing, not too much and not too little.. well done. I cant wait to come back to try other dishes and more Margaritas.

I can not recommend a better Mexican restaurant! This place is amazing! Chips and queso are top tier and the servings are huge for their meals! 😋 I never have a bad experience here and I can't stop coming back here!

Wonderful atmosphere with delicious food! It's one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I've been going here for years. Staff are super friendly and attentive. The owner, Carlos, is fantastic and very charismatic.

The menu had sooooo many options it was hard to choose! I ended up getting a chicken quesadilla. Huge portion! I was able to eat 4 & bring some home for my husband. The salsa that came with the chips at the table was soooo yummy. I had a frozen coffee alcoholic drink as well. Delicious. I'll definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place. The food is delicious and they give you large portions. You definitely get your money’s worth here! The servers are very friendly and helpful as well. I’ve been coming here many times now and I’ll definitely be back.

You won't go home hungry. Food was very good. Service was good. Place is beautiful inside. You will not be sorry.

I've eaten here since I was a kid. It is my only go to restaurant. Great food (hugeeee portions), super nice staff, just awesome. Very few other places come close to Rancho
