The girl bartenders knows what they doing with drinks fire, now the music on a replay is a big NO was here @9pm and the same song been playing over & over again. Other then that a great place great Long Island drink if the girl bartender makes lol

First time visiting Pigs Eye Pub.
The selection of music was awesome with the perfect amount of volume to hear your conversation.
The bartenders are remarkable and the drinks are on point. Wide range of tequilas.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The food was amazing the drinks could have been stronger. But all and all we will definitely be going back

Free pool tables on Sundays , great thing about pigs eyes is that it’s ALWAYS open and the service is good

Lovely venue, great craft beers and reasonably priced! Dropped here by chance by driving through the city, they had happy hour with promotional beer prices and free happy hour buffet food! Awesome!

I love the jambalaya here! Good selection of appears and live music even on a Wednesday night. Good mid-week diversion for and after work gathering. Lots of barbecue choices. Very good brisket and wild burnt ends is no longer on the menu as an appetizer. You can ask. And normally they have them.

Our first date was at Pigs eye pub 8 years ago. Today my husband and I returned for father's day on the 18th of June. It felt good. We walked into a live band. Love my wood bar q ribs. Food was 👍great. We sat at the bar and enjoyed convo with the bar tender which I admired. She can move and be so sweet and kind. Will definitely return.

This is one of the best places in the north east! Thanks Tom for being a top notch bartender. Hate that I can't give you more names, but the whole staff is premium. Every soul there felt great.

Tom was welcoming and attentive despite the full bar. He was extremely respectful and handled every situation, positive or difficult, with grace and empathy. He supported the other bartender on duty (Vanessa, who did the same) while maintaining a sense of safety and mature control over the crowd that was steady through our stay. Pig's eye is a staple in the Hartford community, but they are definitely lucky to have the team they had tonight. Cheers to Tom and Vanessa!

Great place! Traveled there to pick up some materials due to the supply chain issue and was welcomed by a wonderful staff and great locals. That doesn't happen often in life. Thank you for the happy memories! Keep doing your thing!

Downtown has only a few good spots left to drink and hangout. This is my favorite one. Pool tables, darts, and jenga. Outside patio and bar in the summer.

Great for a lot of different times. Gets busy and packed on a Friday night if your looking for that scene but is empty on Sundays, and they do free pool on Sunday. Bartenders are nice and can make strong drinks.

Never a cover, 23 oz. Harpoon, Sam Adams and other beers on Wednesday for $1, a select beer every other day for $3, and great friendly atmosphere with plenty of bar games. What's not to love? By far my favorite bar in Hartford/West Hartford for an all around good time. Also helps that I can have a great night for $20 or less!

Note: located on second floor. Nice beer selection. Friendly staff. I noticed darts and pool tables to give you something to do. It looks like they have an outside "deck" area, but I didn't check it out.

Amazing thing is that the place is always full! Went there twice on Wednesdays and guess what, full both the times!

Update 2023: since the pandemic although some of the faces have changed but the atmosphere and building is still just like I remember. Always feels like home

Fun dive/sports bar aesthetic. Kind staff, with a strong beer portfolio. Jason was an out of this world bartender, making our overnight in Hartford memorable. Come for the drinks, eat a hot dog….. have more drinks.
