GREAT place to unload! (Flatbed) - picked up in MN on a Friday, plans to deliver first thing Monday morning. I wasn’t able to actually speak to anyone here the business day prior like their BOL says, as it was late central time so even later eastern time by the time I was able to, but I arrived before 7 & unstrapped to wait, the operator was out by 645 unloading me. Very pleasant experience.

Fast service, friendly people

At an empty facility, an employee of this company was too lazy to unload me and he came up with a reason not to do this. He said that I did not call the day before as indicated on BOL. Unloading was supposed to be on Monday, of course on Sunday I did not call. Can you imagine, I drove 1500 miles, the load was cheap and after that they don’t want to unload me! I'm just wasting time due to the fact that some employee did not have a morning.
