I went on a date with Edna tonight. I went full, adding bacon and Muenster because if food doesn't have bacon and Muenster on it, I won't eat it.

Let me tell you, Folks, my taste buds were blown away. I could only eat 60% of it before I was stuffed silly, and each bite was better than the last.

The bread was fresh, light, and delishy. There was a good amount of mayo, and I require a lot of mayo. And, the other ingredients tasted fresh.

I ordered online, and the food was ready when they said it would be ready.

Go get yourself a Babe! I'll be back.

Really enjoyed this place, got the Bang Bang Shrimp Roll and Half of a Rose Sandwich. Both were amazing. The food was prepped pretty quick and its really nice inside. Portion sizes are very filling. Will definitely go back!

Ordered the Edna - toasted. Absolutely delicious! The bread was light, the veggies were fresh and crunchy, all perfectly proportioned and balanced with the meat.

A Non-Vegan Restaurant Doing Vegan Food Right: There are plenty of vegan options. I love that this restaurant offers vegan versions of the foods it's known for such as hoagies and rotating sundae specials. Lots of non-vegan restaurants do not make sure its vegan options match the quality of the rest of its menu, but this restaurant does. We are returning customers for the sundaes. I recommend following its Instagram account to keep up to date on what the rotating sundae special is.

Finally!!!! I've been trying to get here for a minute. Had to try the special sundae with vegan vanilla ice cream, berry sauce (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry), cheesecake bites and whip! They layered it so you get bits of the cheesecake as you eat the ice cream🥰🫶🏻

For a treat I grabbed 2 lobstah rolls 🦞 for dinner. My Hubby was very happy, so much meat!!!🎯❤

Just found this gem! We only went for ice cream, but the hoagies smelled amazing. They have one regular and vegan flavor of soft serve. I am so excited to find a place with a vegan option! I can't have milk. HUGE specialty sundae for $7.00!

Amazing value for the amount of food and how delicious it was. A plethora of vegan options for sandwiches, and great options for ice cream and toppings. Highly recommend for anyone visiting lansing, especially vegans. You can easily split half a sandwich and a large ice cream between two people and be very satisfied.

The vegan options are amazing. My family split the Italian pizza, the Fran sub, and the thin mint sundae, and we loved it all (especially the sundae). Can't wait to go back!

Stopped in and got a toasted Sub to go, Great flavor and quick service. I will definitely be back to try some of the other subs.

I have been going here for 3 years now and have never been done wrong by them. Great atmosphere and even better sandwiches. It’s so hard to find an actual vegan meal that taste good but Babes Corner always does me right!

This place is amazing!! They have a wonderful selection of sandwiches, great portions, and lots of vegan options. They also always have vegan ice cream (and sundae!) options which is much appreciated.

My gf & I are vegans who get super excited whenever we find a new place with options! By new, I mean new to us...We have been obsessed with trying their entire menu, and have already tried Fran, Lucille, Audrey & Edith. My personal fav is Fran with vegan honey mustard & my gf loves the edith with the vegan bangbang sauce. I am not a fan of frozen desserts, but my gf is and she is very excited to try the vegan ice cream they have too!! Oh & they also sell local kombucha that tastes fantastic.

Great sub shop they offer vegan too, and some lobster sub my wife just loves. I stick more traditional but great find for sure! Highly recommend!

From the guys that brought us the Bangos Food Truck... Aharon & Will's selection of soft serve ice cream and vegan frozen confectionery are unique and wonderful. However, seeing that both owners have either originally came from or spent considerable time in Maine, Babe's Corner just unleashed their secret weapon - the simple Lobster Roll. Served either in in-house-made Split Top buns or nice Brioche buns, the star is the 5oz of luscious lobster meat mixed in very scant mayo and paired with just as scant shredded lettuce. Even having this roll once is a MUST.

This place is amazing! Their hoagies are delicious and they are massive. They use really good quality ingredients and breads. Also they can basically make any hoagie vegan.

I haven't even tried the ice cream yet but I already love this place.

And if you are going to order delivery, use the Red Bike Delivery service!

I really like how inclusive the menu is, with sections specifically for vegetarian and vegan eaters. It makes it very easy to dine here with a mixed friend group. Half is truly hefty: pictured is a whole and I can't imagine eating one all by myself. My one complaint is the limited hours, I often find myself craving these sandwiches on days they aren't open 😭

My family visited this place for the first time today for my niece's birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches and my niece loved the salad. I had a half Edna .. awesome!! My niece has dietary restrictions so this place suited all of us. Thanks for a great experience.

Love love love Babe’s! The owners of this had me with their amazing food truck Bangos. So when they said this would be opening I was so excited.

It’s absolutely lived up to expectations. I love the bread. I love the interesting hoagie choices and the fun one offs they do (please keep the Willow!!). Also, I don’t know how or what they do with the ice cream but it is so damn good. Lansing needed a fun but simple place like this that is serving good food. Thanks Babe’s! Keep crushing it.
