Alan did a great job from start to finish, replaced two toilets and a sink pipe. Cleaned up after completing his work. Will recommend him again. 😃

This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter and had the service technician Alan come out. Alan is extremely conscientious, knowledgeable and patience. He walks you through all the steps answers all your questions and is genuinely just a really nice guy. He was able to quickly rectify the problem I was having. I would definitely use them again due to his professionalism.

Alan was dispatched to my location and arrived early despite only giving a 30-45 minute window to begin with coming from another job he had finished. When he showed up he had spoken to the plumber that had originally come out to look at my problem and was fully aware and prepped to work after diagnosing the issues himself. Alan provided options and was upfront about what each of those options entailed. He worked quickly while keeping me involved in the process. It was a refreshing experience. 10/10 would highly recommend Alan and will use him again if and when the time comes. Great attitude and great work, like it used to be.

Alan was very professional and knowledgeable about the situation and solutions. He arrived on time and quickly got to work while explaining the process and costs. Spend a total of 3+ hours working to replace a non functional water heater and stayed to test that the heater was working. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Fernando made a horrible situation painless. He was so professional, thorough and generous with his time. In the middle of an emergency it really helps to have a professional on your side that knows what they are doing. Fernando handled our issue, called in all necessary help and took care of us like it was his house. He dealt was the insurance adjuster and has also been completely available for any question I have. my husband and I purchased an older two family home in 2017. Since we close on home, we have not had to do any major repairs. A Week ago the toilet in the first floor apartment got clogged and the toilet on the second floor flushed and worked just fine (toilet from the 2 fl has to pass the 1st floor toilet opening within the pipeline before leaving the house and into the sewer ). After a week of troubleshooting at no avail, Rotor-Rooters plumbing company was referred by a friend. The comprehensive services offered by the company were impressive. Charles was the plumber that came to analyze the problem in the sewer line and Manny was the contractor who going to do the camera inspection. I was impressed with Both employees professionalism and their customer service was second to none. Both men were highly skilled and knowledgeable . Charles and Manny were able to answer all of my questions and were very informative about the process that comes next. The company’s prices were fair and transparent….definitely value for money.I feel confident with Their knowledge and experience to service my property with the next steps of the project (which involves excavating the driveway to fix the. sewer pipe)

Charles and the whole team who came out to my house were able to not only snake the exit pipe from my house, they showed me the root cause of my problem, one of the trees in my front yard. They were also extremely professional, yet friendly and down-to-Earth. I appreciated the time and effort they put in to not only help me resolve the issue but also to get the ball rolling on remediation of any possible damage that may result.

One of the most important requirements for me as a customer is to be able to communicate with who is doing the job. I was able to ask Josh all the questions I had. Dave quickly helped me diagnose a water leak and repaired it in no time! this past Thursday, February 1 my sewage pipe backed up I called router they sent technician Chad out to take a look at it. He was very knowledgeable knew everything took care of his for me and called another technician William, who has a scope, light camera to factory find where the problem is in the line he spent hours with me and temporarily fixed the problem and advise me what the next steps to board to be. I recommend them very highly they knowledgeable, respectful, polite, and I can’t say enough about them. Roto-Rooter sent out a technician (Miguel) to address an issue for a clogged pipe in our basement. I called at 6:00pm and he was there by 8:00pm. Investigated, tried a few drains and eventually unclogged our pipe. Price was decent for an emergency issue and coming out immediately after I called. I would definitely recommend services by Roto-Rooter to anyone and of course would call back if we had any other plumbing related issues.

I called Roto-Rooter today, and they sent out their technician Edwin the same day to fix the problem I was having with a partial blocked pipe from my sump pump. They solved the problem quickly, and honoured the price of the previous time I used them. They also offered advice to prevent blockages in future.
