my neighborhood pharmacy. I love places like this, mom & pop kind of a place. the pharmacists and woman behind the counter know me by name.
they have great customer service. I even have had a few shots administered to me too!
they're always quick to fill my order. they offer an automated phone option for refills, or you can request refills and see all scripts in your file thru their website.
besides the pharmacy they have a large hallmark card selection. you can purchase all kinds of collectibles and gifts. being a long term part of the town of manchester, they have many town pride items as well.

They are all extremely pleasant to do deal with reminding me of the small town neighborhood pharmacy where I grew up. Their delivery can't be beat, going out of the way to accomodate special circumstances to assure your needs are being met. They are refreshing in these times that big business are taking over slowly with no desire to know their customers because it's all about the greed and money with them more so than the customer in my opinion.

Excellent pharmacy. The staff is courteous, caring, and helpful. Their delivery service for medications is prompt and convenient. I used to go through hassle after hassle using the big chain pharmacies and I am so happy I switched to Westown. It is wonderful to have this locally owned pharmacy in our community.

Are you tired of waiting in line at CVS while it takes hours for your script to be filled for you baby? NOT ME! Doctor called in an emergency script for my little one while I was on my way to Westown- when I got there they were so pleasant and let me know they were working on it. On a Friday night during rush hour I was in and out I’m not even 10 minutes. Best thing I ever did was switch to Westown. Never going back to the big boxes! Thank you Westown!

The very professional pharmacy staff/attendants have been so helpful, courteous, and very considerate to my mother, her needs, and understanding of medications. Other chain pharmacies around seem too busy to help anymore. We'll stick with Westown Pharmacy's family friendly assistance!

I try to patronize small family owned businesses to the extent possible so I go here instead of any of the chains which I am actually closer to. They are always helpful, especially since I have a few medical conditions I get prescriptions from specialists for. The specialists are always difficult when it comes to responding to refill requests. They are always helpful & accommodating in these situations.

Just had Covid Vaccine at this pharmacy, Decent staff, very informative and accommodative, we will definitely recommend this store for friends and families.

Sue, who is handling the customers for vaccines was very patient and helpful, also saw owner greeting customers individually which you dont see in regular pharmacy's.

Neighborhood pharmacies are rapidly disappearing, so it’s nice to still have a local one. Attentive, personal service that’s not often found in the chain pharmacies. They really work hard to accommodate their clientele.

This is small local pharmacy that knows you buy name, they order special meds i have to take try and get CVS OR WALGREENS to do that they won't and don't care, not only are the people and pharmacy great but also sell all sorts of toys otc meds and lots of very nice brick a brack, I go out of my way to shop here can't recommend enough.
