Builders Hardware

Changing my review to 5 stars. Several years back (four years ago) we had contracted with Builders Hardware, and it did not go well. I'm very happy to say that whatever the issue was within the company, it seems to have been resolved. Kent was absolutely fantastic to deal with on our current project. It was done quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. I will now recommend these folks, and I'll use them again in the future!

Nice, clean place. This is the first time I'm here, so I cannot comment on pricing or general product availability. I needed one item. They did not have it in stock, and they said they would have to email the manufacturer for a quote and lead time. They were accommodating but didn't have what I need. Don't know if they're well stocked and fairly priced or not.

Great customer service experience.

Running a construction site is very difficult with this supplier. Sales person very rarely returns calls or responds to E-mail. Quality of the product is good and the price is fare. Due to the lack of communication If you have a tight schedule you might want to look else ware.
