Fantastic service and excellent work. I had a cracked cast iron main sewer line and the team at Andy Wotton plumbing came through with a reasonable estimate and completed the repairs I needed in record time. The technician (Anthony) was prompt, friendly, efficient, and overall delivered a great experience. I am now a forever customer and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

We had a burst pipe which flooded our basement. Called around to over 15 plumbers and no one answered their phone or returned phone calls. Found Andy Wotton Plumbing on Yelp and called, Karen answered the call right away and was so nice and understanding. Scheduled us as soon as she could and called the afternoon before to confirm the appointment the next morning. Andy showed up on time and preformed the work. He also made some recommendations on our well pump that were not needed right away but to let us know so we can plan for it. He was more then pleasant and very efficient. Highly recommend and will use Andy again. Thank you to Karen and Andy!

I called on 7/3/23 and they had Anthony come out to tighten my tub faucet and replace parts for my toilet within 30 minutes of my call. Amazing response time and extremely personable. Our water heater died after 18 years (unheard of I know) we called this company and they came out same day and replaced the water heater and hauled away the old one without any issues. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. The Plumbers Anthony and Simon (I believe that was his name) were professional and extremely nice!

Needed the primary drain pipe for my house replaced in the basement section. They were in and out after pulling up concrete and pouring more in under a day. The pipes haven't leaked so they did a good job to me. Not to mention the people who came out were funny and respectful.

I had a leaking water tank on a Sunday afternoon, left a message and got a call back that afternoon. Monday morning I was working with their coordinator and had a quote from them. Tuesday afternoon decided to go with them after being ghosted from a competitor. Wednesday had a new water tank installed.

10/10 would recommend and will be using them again.

I used this Plumbing Service back when it was Perleoni Plumbing and had an excellent experience. Since then ownership has changed to Andy Wotton but the tech that came out was one that had come originally. That made me relieved. I explained my project - moving a washer hookup from a current location to another location in my basement. Too too far away from the current location but far enough I needed new lines drawn. They came out and gave me a quote timely. They even called to explain the quote since it was an involved project. The new location would require a Utility sink and pump to return the water to the drain. When dreaming of my new laundry room a utility sink was not a part of the dream but I understand and appreciate the reasoning. We scheduled my appointment and then they even worked with me when I requested an earlier day later on. One of the things I appreciated and respected was that during the scheduling process they were forthcoming about certain days being typically busy with more “emergent” repairs and we chose dates around that. That helps me because then my tech didn’t have to be late or distracted bully other appointments. And it shows if I have an emergency they will do what they can to get me in ASAP. So the pump and sink went in on a Thursday and shockingly I didn’t hate either. They are now located under the living room and the pump isn’t noticeable when running unless you listen for it. I bet I won’t hear it at all with some insulation. Of course testing was done before they left and all went well but the true test was how everything would work with the new washer. It’s been a few days and I’ve done a few loads. All works well and I love having the sink! It’s come in more handy than I anticipated. I’m really great full for the service I received from my initial call through installation and paying for the service. All interactions were positive and respectful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with any plumbing needs large to small. I know I will be calling on them again for future projects.

I recommend Andy Wotton Plumbing to absolutely everyone. They are diligent, responsible, friendly and best of all they stand by their work. We have had numerous last second emergencies and they are always able to come right over.

We had a great experience with Andy Wotton Plumbing. They arrived on time and got our shower drain cleaned out. They didn't mind explaining the process as they worked to my husband. And the best part of all - they wore shoe covers! I didn't have to ask them to put them on, they just covered their shoes every time they came into our house. I usually have to clean my floors after having work done at our house, but this time I didn't have to do anything. They cleaned up the shower area where they worked and my floors remained clean! I was so pleased. The guys who did the work were very friendly and courteous, and we felt the charge for the work was fair. We will definitely be calling this company next time we need help.

We did a big Kitchen remodel. Andy was able to work around our timeline, even when it was unpredictable. He installed two garbage disposals, two faucets, hooked up the gas cooktop, and dishwasher. Usually I feel awkward when service people are in my home. Andy was friendly but not "creepy friendly", he has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to. As another reviewer stated, he didn't mind answering our many questions and explaining things to us. And big bonus, the best price for the job!

Long story short - Great craftsman - Great work - I will use his services if I need them again.

Full story-

I had an old heating zone valve that was leaking from body of the valve and would need replacing. As there were no isolation valves around the zone valve (as a previous plumber should have installed) it was going to be a chore. I called Andy Wotton Plumbing and had a very pleasant conversation about my problem. I set up a time for Andy to come out and give me an estimate on my issue. Andy came out, looked over my system and told me that since there were no isolation valves anywhere, the system would have to be drained and the cost of changing the singe valve would be high. He recommended that we wait until more things failed or we were wanting to do a larger project. We then discussed a future project of getting rid of the zone valves, adding circulators and and headers. Great conversation and a good idea for later. We also talked ballpark costs, so I would know what I was getting into. About a month or so later, the valve started leaking worse and I called to schedule him out. Now it was cold out and I would like to have this done during the day so I wouldn't have to stay in a hotel or get a bunch of heaters. Andy came out to talk over the project again to make sure we were on the same page and be sure he would have everything on hand to complete the project when we got it scheduled. I talked to their scheduling lady (very professional and nice, btw) and made an appointment.

A quick aside about the lady who answers the phone (she does a lot more than just that by the way). I called to schedule and the phone rang until it went to voicemail. I didn't leave a voicemail and figured I would call back in a few hours. Less then an hour later, my phone rang...she called me back from the caller ID and said that she was on the other line and would like to know if there was something they could help out with. Who calls you back without a message and just off the caller ID. I knew I had called a great company.

They arranged for the electrician they would need and had to move the date so everyone could be there on the same day. No problem. Day came, Andy and his guys showed up - very professional - first appearances can set the tone. They got to work and didn't stop until they were done and the system thoroughly tested. The work was top notch. I am a bit picky about the details and could find nothing out of place. Every anchor was tight, no rattles, no leaks, aesthetically pleasing (if you are into copper piping work). I think the work area was cleaner than when they started.

Now, the price was not cheap, but I don't want cheap when it comes to my heating system. I want good quality and complete peace of mind. What I got was outstanding quality, peace of mind and a go-to plumber.

Good people, good equipment, good help, knowledge and experience come at a cost and you should expect to pay for high end everything. Andy Wotton is a high end plumber.

Andy was able to help me on short notice all remotely. I live in MA but my rental unit is in Newington. We communicated through each step of the process and he installed a new water heater for me in a few hours. Saved me tons of time coordinating and he was professional and personable throughout.
